„Location was great for our time on the North Shore. House was spacious and comfortable. Only problem we had was an AC in one of the bedroom was not working properly, but that was taken care of within 24 hours.“

„The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. „There was major construction going on, we didn’t have water all day one day and scattered times through out the other days, roaches everywhere, and parking was a pain!! We were not told anything about construction until we showed up and saw it and the day we arrived I started getting emails on all other stuff!“

„Excellent stay! We were there during a rainy stretch, so not a lot of beach/pool activities. Great location if you want to stay away from the cities, and get a more "Hawai‘i experience". Grocery is reasonably close (less than 5 miles north). Outstanding little bakery is about a mile north. North shore is an easy drive. Building and parking lot were under construction, so it looks a bit messy on the road side of the building. Did not affect our stay.“

„We stayed during the time of the horrible flooding, and our host was very responsive to communications. We had a wonderful stay in spite of the weather, and power outages. The apartment was well stocked and was very nice and clean, and we appreciated the air conditioning and fans.“
