„There was major construction going on, we didn’t have water all day one day and scattered times through out the other days, roaches everywhere, and parking was a pain!! We were not told anything about construction until we showed up and saw it and the day we arrived I started getting emails on all other stuff!“

„The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. „We had a great stay! The place was beautifully decorated with such a cute and cozy vibe—perfect for two people. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it really easy to cook and feel at home. Just an elevator ride down to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!“

„Our family of six enjoyed staying in this vacation rental! We liked being on the ground floor and beachfront. We mostly used this as a home base for all our exploring, and that worked perfectly. We were really grateful for the beach toys, namely the snorkels, bogey boards and beach chairs. They supplemented what we had to help make going the the beach nicer. „The room we was just as pictured, the a/c was only a portable unit. First night was warm, but fans helped. Beach was great! Breakwaters are way out and it’s a great place to be in the water. They are still working on the exterior of the building and parking lot. Parking was somewhat of an issue and inconvenience, but we survived. Once construction is complete this place will be 5 stars. I would consider coming back, this time with the grandkids.“
