Fantastisch - sofort wieder! / Amazing - always again
Tolles Haus, alles sauber und neu. Grosser Eingangsbereich mit Billard/ Airhockey/ Tischtennis. Angeln, Räder und Kajaks zur Benutzung. Super Lage am Kanal, dank Mückenüberdachung kein Problem. Gemütliche Betten. Lediglich das grosse Bad nur über Schlafzimmer erreichbar. Aber das wird durch den Rest wieder kompensiert. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen....dann nicht nur 3 Tage sondern 2 Wochen ! / Great house, everything clean and new. Large entrance area with billiards/ air hockey/ table tennis. Fishing rods, bikes and kayaks for use. Great location canal. Comfortable beds. Only the large bathroom can only be reached via the bedroom. But the rest makes up for that. Would come back anytime....then not just 3 days but 2 weeks! /

Great little home away from home!
My family and I stayed here for the 4th of July and it exceeded our expectations. Troy was quick to respond with communications and recommendations. The house is beautiful and clean, and there was plenty of space for the 6 adults and 1 5 year old. The pool was amazing, and the larger boat lift was more than enough for our 25ft bay boat. It was close to everything in Punta Gorda, and an easy boat ride to Charlotte harbor. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!

A great getaway!

A Piece of Paradise
Took my mom on vacation for a mother daughter trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The house was everything and more from the heated pool, canal view, sunsets, beautiful fruit trees (mango, banana, coconut), etc. I can go on and on. Thank you Troy!!!

A vacation home that makes you feel at home
We really enjoyed our stay in this vacation home, in a quiet and safe environment. Even though we made many trips to get to know Punta Gorda and other surrounding areas, we looked forward to returning to this vacation home every evening. Nothing was missing and there is everything you need on site. Should we plan another vacation in this area, we would love to come back anytime ... and of course use the kayaks, the bikes and the fishing equipment (a real regret that we didn't have the time to do this).

One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at.
We have stayed at many places found on VRBO and this has been one of the best. It was beautiful, clean, and measured up to the listing. Our favorite part about it was how well the house was stocked and also the wide variety of things to do already in the house. This made packing for flying so easy. Not only was there a variety of things to do (bikes, kayaking, pickleball, fishing, ping-pong table, pool, etc) they were high quality and in good condition. There truly was something there for all of us to enjoy and do together. This place was not only a home to stay in, but it fostered connection and family time, too. Contact with the owner and access to get in the house was also the easiest we have had so far as well. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you, Troy, for providing such a great rental. It made for one of our favorite vacations!

Great Visit
This house in Punta Gorda is one of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen. My wife and I spent a week there for our 24th wedding anniversary, and we were completely impressed. From the moment we walked into the house, we noticed how spotless it was. This house was so comfortable and accommodating, with a dishwasher, washer, dryer, three bedrooms, and two baths; we had plenty of room. Even if we had eight people, there was plenty of room; with four couches, everyone would've had space to spread out. All the appliances worked without any hiccups; again, they were spotless. The three-game table (pool, air hockey, and ping pong) was a lot of fun; my wife and I enjoyed playing the games. The house's outdoor area was equally impressive, offering various leisure options. The heated pool was a delightful addition, perfect for a refreshing swim. Beside the pool was a very lovely 8-person outside table with Bluetooth speakers mounted to the wall. The lounge chairs provided a comfortable spot for sunbathing, while the gas grill and firepit were great for outdoor cooking and evening gatherings. Sitting down by the canal was relaxing, and seeing some of the fish was pretty cool. They even have Adirondack chairs and lighting down by the water. They even had kayaks and bicycles available for use. We found plenty to do within a 10——to 15-minute drive, including Fisherman's Village, where there are a few restaurants and a bunch of shops.

So much to do!
The location was perfect.. easily accessible to drive, walk, or bike to fun places to eat and shop. We used the kayaks to tule around the canals.. so fun. We fished off the dock. The pool was a huge plus also! We would definitely go back to the same place.

You will fall in love with this house…
My husband and I can’t say enough good things about this property. Holy smokes it was just like the pictures of not better. The bed was so comfy along with the bedding. We slept like babies!!! We came to just relax and unplug. This house was exactly what we needed. The pool is perfectly clean with an awesome Bluetooth speaker. We also loved the layout and how much privacy we felt. Troy was awesome! He answered all my questions and even responded within 5-10 mins!!! There was a pretty bad storm while we were there and we felt super safe, Troy even emailed the next morning to check on things….. Now the sad part, we had to Leave! lol.

The home is true to the photo's, the amenities are fantastic and the host is very easy to reach and helpful. The fresh flowers were much appreciated.
