Luxushotels in Punta Prima suchen

"The hotel is really old and more like a -3 star hotel. I think the staff is doing their best but it’s very far away from 5star service, they are simply not trained well. We had interconnected rooms that worked well on the 7th floor with two kids. The elevators are probably from the 80ths and I was scared each time we had to go. The pools were old, and smelly / dirty and so bad none of us wanted to swim. Would definitely not let our kids swim in the pools. The beach is wonderful! And location is stunning. It was absolutely not worth the money and we won’t return. "

"Bel emplacement au bord de la mer, vue magnifique, grande suite, propre. bon petit déjeuner et staff de la piscine sympathique. Emplacement isolé si pas de voiture, petite plage moyenne à proximité. Personnel saisonnier globalement gentil mais pas de management. Bon barman et super équipe animation kids club et show. L'hôtel fait partie d'une resort all inclusive propre avec plusieurs piscines. Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles au niveau du service, réception inefficace et ignorante (incapable de renseigner sur restaurant ou activité), pas de concierge. Arrivée tard, le personnel vous regarde avec le chariot de bagage ss vous aider. La douche de la suite n'a pas été réglée toute la semaine, la 2ème était brulante, malgré de nombreuses demandes, literie dur, coussin médiocre, et pas de sofa convertible pour enfant (fauteuil convertible) ou lit 1 pers."
