„The Resort is rather new and big located approximately 20 minutes drive outside the city of Cancun. Everything is made for US tourists, prices in US Doller, staff speaking English to you, food and design of the restaurants typically “Mexican Food Alike“. Prices are US prices too, 50 USD for breakfast buffet per person. A strange experience in Mexico but might be what most US tourists are asking for? We have continued our journey to Oaxaca and are now enjoying authentic food and people. “

„Really wonderful staff, excellent food and great value for money. The beach was clean and not crowded though we did go in low season. Take the ferry to Isla Mujeres using the Ultra Carga ferry. The only thing I didn’t like was the overly aggressive timeshare marketing. We made the mistake of sitting in on their pitch which went on for three hours!!!!! I had to tell them we were done with them before they would let us leave. It really spoiled our first day at the resort. “

„The weather wasn’t great the entire week, so we didn’t get the true experience of a tropical vacation- no fault of the resort. The beach was gorgeous with a close by bar and plenty of seating. The pool was nice, but beach chairs were snapped up early and the staff didn’t really help out with this. Drinks and food were readily available. The entertainment area is being upgraded - not fully open-and wasn’t the best for our group. We enjoyed the bands in the Rendezvous lounge though. Food was not ...
