Despite verifying with the owner at booking time if there was heating in the appartment, the heating unit of the bedroom was non-fonctional. The heating unit in the living room was barely providing heat. After a few days we had to move to another apartment (same owner) and there it was te reverse: the unit in the living room was not working. At night. it was 6 degree celsius. We had to insist that the owner provide us with a portable electric heater. Afetr the move to the second apartment, the owner told us that he would bring a second key card for the door. He left it in the apartment while we were out, but in so doing, he change the code on the door which resulted in us with only the one key being lock out of the apartment. Upon contacting the owner, he told us that we were creating a lot of trouble and that he would reluctantly leave his party to come fix the problem. Desoite assuring us that he was 15 minutes away, 2 1/2 hours later he was still not arrived. We were able to convince the concierge of the building to open the door, and reprogram the key card despite the fact that he did not have the responnsibility to do so.
