As you walk into the Beach-House the large open space combines Living, Dining, and Kitchen space all provide ample views of the water. The basement was designed for family and friends to enjoy with a wet bar, gaming table, and LED TV.

HOT TUB
- When not in use guests must cover the hot tub and secure using the attached straps
- During summer months guests must rinse at the outdoor shower prior to entering the hot tub, this prevents damage to the hot tub
- AT NO TIME are tanning lotions, oils or spray on tanner to be worn into the hot tub
- NO glass is to be used in or near the Hot tub
- failure to adhere to these requirements will result in your assumption of liability for any damages incurred
- The hot tub is not recommended for children, most importantly do not leave children unattended in the hot tub area for their own safety and for your peace of mind
We do provide all guests: hair dryer, bath/beach towels, bed linens (sheets, blankets, and pillows), toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, and body wash.
All Bookings: standard check-in 3 pm and standard checkout 10am. Unfortunately, there are no extended check-ins or checkouts.
We kindly request that the furniture and layout of the home is not to be moved around or reconfigured. Do not alter any of the home electronics: TVs, wifi and speakers.
Fire pit is not to be moved for safety reasons
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
Please Note: DURING SEVERE INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE MAY NEED TO TIE DOWN AND/OR STORE AWAY OUTDOOR FURNITURE TO AVOID DAMAGE. Outdoor furniture may be removed/stored away fall season (by 1st week of November) for winterization.
