Located just a five minute drive to the heart of Queenstown, this four bedroom luxury home is the perfect place to relax and unwind in style with family and friends.

Suitable for up to 10 guests, the Toroa Chalet provides easy access to ski fields, mountain bike trails and walking tracks, making it the ideal spot to take advantage of all that Queenstown has to offer.

The beautifully designed kitchen and lounge opens onto a private outdoor living area, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking views of the Remarkables mountain range and Lake Wakatipu. The Sonos sound system fills the home with brilliant sound and sets the tone for the day, whether you’re relaxing with a beverage or getting ready to explore local nightlife. 

For the colder months, an indoor gas fireplace and 70 inch TV with Netflix lets you get nice and cosy, with the outdoor spa the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring or hitting the slopes.

Guest Access:
We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer such as the world class ski resorts of Coronet Peak and Remarkables - Just 20 minutes will have from the driveway to Coronet Peak's car parking!

Enjoy the walking tracks located around Lake Wakatipu and take in Queenstown's breathtaking scenery, or head out on your bike and enjoy some of the best mountain biking trails New Zealand has to offer.

Getting Around:
The Villa is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 5 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.
