Nestled in the great suburb of Fernhill, our property provides an escape from Queenstown's bustle while remaining close. Enjoy beautiful walks, access to mountain bike and climbing tracks, and easy access to public transport or a short downhill walk to town. An Uber ride costs approximately $12-$14, and a bus fare is only $2 per leg. With a quick 20-minute drive to Coronet Ski Field, or the airport our home is ideal for a ski holiday. Parking is hassle-free with free street parking always available.

2 Doubles (one upstairs and one downstairs)
2 King beds that can be split into 2 singles (one upstairs and one downstairs)
Requests to split the beds must be made two weeks prior to booking due to linen hire.
1 Dog is allowed, The dog must not sleep on the bed and not be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time inside. We can recommend a dog walker if you have an all day activity.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the property.
You are welcome to have guests, but no partying is allowed on the premises.
A maximum of 8 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
