This little home was wholeheartedly created with love & care for our guests. We are offering an experience that we were always searching for on our travels. We welcome you to come have an experience in our handbuilt cottage style tiny house! Sitting on 5acres of land next to the awe inspiring Sangre de Cristo mountains. As you walk in on our hand made "cobblestone" path, you will enter into the cottage. The living space is about 200 sq. feet with an added super tall A-frame loft!! There's a small kitchen with a two burner stove, small fridge and on demand water source. Next to the wood stove you will see a stone tiled "coffee/work" space where you can sit by the window and gaze at the nature around you. A pull out couch provides a place for people to sleep. Next you will find we created a relaxing, nature immersed hot tub area attached to an indoor/outdoor porch. As you walk down the trail right outside of the hot tub area you will find the outhouse where there is a shower, compost toilet and a sink. We recently built an extra room (A-frame) with a king bed for those people who want to sleep with the feeling of being close to nature. Within the fenced yard area there is a fire pit seating area. Many trails in the back yard to roam around in the nature of this land. Silent nights perfect for stargazing.
We do live on a dirt road that is not county maintained. All vehicles accessible but a note to drive slow 8)
