„We were in town for a wedding in Paris, Tx, so we were looking for a place between Dallas and there. The house was spacious and the open floor plan was great. The rooms, especially the master bedroom/bath were spacious. Enjoyed the stay.“

„We loved the place so much we booked it again. The dock was so awesome you’re on the lake all the time. They provided kayaks for all ages. My 8 year old was able to go out and have fun with his older brother and cousin. We caught a bunch of fish and the property is beautiful. We had fun inside with the foosball table and had a great meal with the awesome kitchen. Would definitely recommend.“

„Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! Huge fridge (plus one in garage) for leftover wedding food. Plenty of bathrooms! Wish we could've stayed longer!“

„This little gem is amazing!!! Big kitchen living room for everyone to hang out in. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool, pool table and Ax throwing were our favorites!! The friendly Goats quickly became our extended family!!! We I Didn’t get to Zipline or fish so we will have to save that for next time!! We will be back.“

„Our family traveled from CA for a wedding and this home was wonderful to stay in for us. It had more than enough room for all 11 of us and plenty of fun games and a POOL! It was particularly hot the days we were out there so it felt great being able to jump in the pool to cool off. Ryan and Roxy were great hosts! I can’t wait to come again!“

„Our group of 6 adults- family & friends- had a great extended weekend staying in Rowlett at the property. It was perfect- we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our host, Casiea, was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs, and was so accommodating. She was wonderful to work with!! „We stayed for a week while we installed a gymnasium floor at the new elementary school . The house had everything you would need for a week stay and super clean. The host Eva communicated very well with anything we need. I would recommend to friends and family and would stay again if back in the area“

"Check-in, viermal falsche Zimmerkarte erhalten. Reception war nicht hilfsbereit, wollte einen Scan zum Flight-Check-in, wurde nur sehr widerwillig erfüllt. Zimmer einmal nicht gereinigt worden und zudem war abends Zimmertür nicht ganz geschlossen, nachdem geputzt wurde ! "
