„This location was a beautiful place to stay with family and friends! Check in was easy, plenty of room for everyone, clean space and the neighborhood was very nice! We saw deer on the neighbor’s lawn, by the lake and on the way to the house. There was plenty of fish biting when we fished off the dock and we were also able to swim and the kayaks were super fun as well. We had so much fun and will definitely book again when we come back to the area.“

„This house is both gorgeous and comfortable. Kitchen is great for cooking and there are plenty of areas to relax. Pool and pool house are very nice. Everything from lights to ceiling fans and tvs are all controlled with multiple remotes, so be prepared to spend some time figuring everything out and not all of it has good instructions. Check the temps of the pool or swim spa upon arrival and adjust them so they have time to warm up.“

„This was our Hooks High School 50 year reunion girlfriends get together. We loved our stay. The home was comfortable and well- equipped with amenities. It was just right for a bunch of old ladies to sit around and catch up and share some meals. Had we WANTED to be adventurous, we would have really enjoyed playing in the lake; however ,the beautiful lakefront Property with sunset views fit us just right!“

„Labor Day weekend at the lake with family. This house is large! Beds and bedrooms everywhere. 2 kitchens, 2 living areas plus the Karaoke/theater room. Downstairs living area could use more seating. There’s also a one room guest house-thing. We did not use this. Ceiling is in need of repair. Slight musty smell. It’s on the lake, does have a dock. „Beautiful house and great layout. Wonderful rural area adjacent to lake. Everyone could have their own private bedroom and a great layout for kids upstairs. Spacious outdoor area for play. „Everything was perfect. We wish we didnt have to leave! Host was kind and accomidating. We love to travel around Texas and beat the heat in most of our activities. The water was nice to fish and the a/c was a joy to come into. This place is highly recommended for others looking to get away and spend time with your spouse. (And bring the small children if you want them to experience serenity away from the big city.) Very relaxing.“

„Home was equipped with everything a family could need plus some! The owners thought of the small details that a lot of rentals overlook. Coffee, makeup wipes, soaps, etc. Very roomy, very clean, excellent location. Beds and linens were super comfortable. Back patio was amazing!! Owners were great with proactive communication. Highly recommend!!“
