On the 29/11/2024 at 12:00am we came back to your hotel , and when we entered our suite we found that the windows were fully open and the door lock room was removed, and one of the window lock was not working.
We immediately went to the reception to ask for an explanation of what has happened as we found the situation was weird specially when we were not informed via email , letter , unfortunately the reception agent said that he was off and he does not have any idea about the situation.
We got frustrated and we decided to leave the hotel due to lack of information about the situation, as well as we felt unsafe.
Manager called us the day after and apologize for what has happened and confirmed that it was a mistake from their end and that they will refund that one night we left the hotel, i have emailed them 3 times to do the transfer but till date nothing has happened.
This is totally unprofessional
