„The resort is fairly new. Rooms are nice and clean in general. However, be prepared that outside noice travels through the doors. The bathroom is big and has a shower as well as a bathtub. Now our biggest annoyance:the staff. The service level needs to be improved! They don't even try to help you with a problem. That's why I can't recommend a stay at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar.“

„Excellent Hotel wot great staff. food was awesome. The only negative was we are lunch outside at 2pm, and we passed our table twice, at 5pm and 6pm, and we noticed that it had not been cleaned. Even the bow that my pet had used was not washed till evening.“
