About the Home:
Bedrooms: 1st floor primary bedroom suite (king with ensuite bathroom, living room area and small kitchen), 2nd floor sunny yellow bedroom (king), 2nd floor lake blue bedroom (2 queen), 2nd floor green garden bed room (queen), loft (4 full), secluded bedroom (queen), queen sofa sleeper in family room/game room.
WIFI/TVs: The TVS are connected to the Wifi and set up to cast or log into a streaming service.
Linens: There will be fresh sheets on the bed and clean towels. We just ask that you please bring any dirty linens and towels to the basement and place by the washer/dryer before you leave.
Air Conditioning/Heat: There are mini-splits in the rooms that you can set to cool (snowflake) heat (sun) or auto at a certain temperature by sliding the plastic part of the remote to reveal the “mode” button.
Supplies: We have a well-stocked pantry! Help yourself to anything in the home, but please replace anything that gets used up or seriously depleted.
Basement: There is a washer/dryer and you are free to use it. Please ensure there is nothing stuck in the washer door or it may leak. There is a de-humidifier in the storage area of the basement in case you hear it beeping. Feel free to empty it if you would like! We dump it over the rocks by the left side of the driveway.
Game Area: There is a game area in the basement with a foosball table and ping pong/pool table. The pool table is under the ping pong table. We try to fit the ping pong table parts underneath the table when we are playing pool. They are heavy so be careful! There are also puzzles, board games and card games down there and a TV and gas fireplace.
Beach/Dock: There are a few entry points to the water. Feel free to use any of them! There is a swimming platform (in the water mid-May through mid-Sept). There are 2 kayaks and 2 stand-up paddleboards that you are free to use as well. There are places to rent boats or Jetski’s and you could pull them right up to our dock and tie them up at the dock or the yellow buoy (dock/buoy in the water mid-May-mid-Sept). Goodhue in Raymond rents boats.
Fire Pit & Lawn Games: Feel free to use the fire pit and there are lawn games under the deck - feel free to use.
Lawn/Gardening: A gardener named Angela may come by to tend to the plants or mow the lawn while you are there. If you want to water the window boxes and hanging plants during your stay that would be helpful!
Safety - We recommend that small children and anyone who cannot swim well wear a life preserver when they are near the water, in the water, or using a stand up paddleboard or kayak. Also please be careful near the firepit as coals stay hot for longer than you would think!
Trash: The trash comes on Tuesdays. If you can leave the barrels at the top of the circle that would be very helpful.
