You'll have access to the ENTIRE UPPER SUITE as this house is primarily set up for guests. Please note there is another unit in the lower suite. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances.
Backyard, Patio and BBQ grill are shared with other guest

Please note this is an upper level suite and there is a tenant in the LOWER SUITE who used the backdoor entrance.

Some spaces includes the yard and parking may be shared.
