„The hotel is located in a beautiful setting. The suite was very neat and comfortable, staff was friendly as well. I loved the fireplace which was so easy to handle! On the contrary I was unlucky to be located next to a private tenant who started construction works at 8.30 am, making it impossible to linger any longer in the suite. However, my complaints were immediately addressed by the management and they made sure that the works did not bother me again on the next morning. That was remarkable ...

„Richard was the ultimate host. Responsive and accommodating. There was a last minute issue with the original unit we reserved and Richard notified us ASAP with a detailed explanation. He then proceeded to move us to the other unit without even asking, which had amazing views of Cranmore mountain. The unit was clean, quiet and in an excellent, centralized location to skiing, shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and will be looking into booking again for next year’s trip.“

„We stayed here with a few friends and kids (ages 6-16). Home was clean and as described in the listing. It is a 3 story home with beds on all 3 levels - I would just suggest if you are considering booking this place for a larger group you look at the bedroom setup carefully when booking. We all slept comfortably in the home, however my husband slept on the futon while my 6yr old daughter and I slept in a room with twin beds (so we can all be on the same level).
