„I have stayed in many places and I can safely say this was one of my top three! Cozy clean super comfortable the surrounding ( the village) quaint and gorgeous friendly bar downstairs gave first drink on the house for guests the breakfast was delicious and homemade wonderful service bed unbelievably comfortable I could move in ! Honestly I wish I could give it 100 stars and more ! We will go back for sure … Christmas lights( sweet and tasteful) were a bonus as were the homemade eco friendly ...

„Lovely little ‘quirky’ hotel. The owners were delightful and very helpful. Food was delicious. I did find the stairs to the room quite a challenge due to osteoarthritis, but mobile people wouldn’t find this an issue. The room was adequate and serviced daily. The was a tv - the fact that I could only get one channel at a set volume added to the overall experience. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were replenished daily. Bathroom was small and could do with a touch of paint, but ...

„Was a nice room. But wow was it roasting hot. We could find anywhere of turning the heating down or off so had a very hot night, even with fans on. The toilet however had no heating so was the opposite and freezing. Nice to have our own little room but think it was too pricey, compared to the many other hotels we stay in for major race events. Breakfast was toast, yogurts or 3 choices of cereal, nothing for vegetarians and not really a continental as offered. “
