Located on a quiet street, this historic North Rehoboth home is literally just a 2.5 minute easy walk to the beach and an easy stroll to tennis and pickle courts, tot lot, boardwalk, town - shopping and fine dining. The spacious enclosed wrap around porch is the heart of the house with space for everyone to come together or spread out. A big family dining room with wet bar and ice maker, is perfect for meals and entertaining.

This is a pet-friendly home, but limited to one dog.

Parking is a premium near the beach. The off-street driveway can accommodate two cars and the owner is providing/lending two on-street parking passes for guest use during their stay for no additional cost.
