I always bring a bag of items when I rent a house, but didn’t need any of them! "The property was nice and the location was great. I had multiple issues with the property though. First, the lock on the door malfunctioned (had to call and it got taken care of swiftly). Second, I ran the washer and it leaked all over the room. The very nice lady on the phone tried to get housekeeping to clean up all the water and drop off more towels because we used them to try to clean up the water. "I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place."
