The unit is easy to access, very clean, perfect lake side location, and extremely well stocked with everything you need for a vacation! The host is so kind, very quick with communication and easy to contact. We decided this will be our go to annual vacation home, and already cannot wait to go back next year!! “

„The property managers were pleasant and available to assist us in checking in and accessing the property. The lodgings were clean, but spartan. Kitchenette seemed like it was missing glassware (only one wine glass), could have used more towels. There wasn't much atmosphere to the property and the shared features such as the rooftop deck could have used much more attention to make it inviting. Overall, clean and servicable, but spartan. Loved the easy access to parking and the beach!“

„Perfect house and location for our group of 5 couples ranging in age from 50's to 70's. Hot tub and back deck was perfect. Only possible negative I could mention is no TV in main living room. Owner was great. Check in and out was super easy.“

„The cabin is great. Everything we needed for cooking and sleeping are there. We found the place very clean. The instructions for check in and check out are clear. I just hope that we knew before hand that 2 of us have to sleep in the sofa which is boy enough for 2 people .is big enough“

„Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sunset Chalet. The over the top characteristic was the stunning views of Lake Tahoe from our deck. Chalet was exceptionally clean and well stocked with thoughtful amenities. Host was immediately available to resolve an issue when the area power was shut down and we called her cell phone. Would we return- absolutely.“

„Great location. Charming small cabin equipped with all essentials for a comfortable stay. Steps to the lake. Barbecue on your own deck which is easy to operate and works great. Bed in the bedroom is comfortable and very clean. Sofa beds in living room are more like mats on wood and not comfortable at all. They are also very worn. Overall this is a great place for a getaway. “

„We were in town for work at the University and the location was great. We drive a big box truck and did not have any issues with parking. The facility is a little older and worn than expected but the apartment is nice. Having a kitchen and laundry was excellent when working long hours all week. Laundry pods included were a very nice touch. The kitchen is full size and great. Kitchen ware is lacking but they do have a few things in the kitchen. The apartment is nice and comfortable. The ...

„This was a great location and we were able to ride our bikes everywhere. The furniture was well used and slightly broken. Also, the master bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. It made us feel like the bathroom was dirty.“
