„We rented the 3BR/3BA unit that is the entire upstairs level of Watzara Wasi. What an incredible and beautifully constructed place! The owner, Rolando, and his lovely wife and kids live downstairs. They allowed us complete privacy but were always available if we needed anything. We purposely chose to stay here, outside of the main area of Cotacachi, because we wanted to be in a more rural area with local people. „A bit noisy at times but to be expected on a bus route. Beautiful views. Church Bells added an Old World Charm. Rooftop was nice.“

„Plenty of room for our group of 12. The owner even came over and helped us start a fire, for the cold nights! Also had periodical cleaning which was an added bonus. Only issue we had is the downstairs shower only had cold water so we had to share the 2 upstairs between 12 folks. Not ideal but was do able. Great house in a quiet part of town.“
