The villa benefits from its proximity to the neighboring sister villas, granting access to a shared playground equipped with swings, a climbing rope, and a ping-pong table, enhancing the overall recreational experience. For fitness enthusiasts, both an elliptical machine and an electric bike are available. The electric bike is suitable for guests aged 10 and up. The villa’s rustic yet modern interiors include a cozy lounge, a stylish dining area, and two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The villa accommodates up to 7 guests in total—four in two comfortable bedrooms, two on the spacious living room sofa, and one more on a folding bed available upon request.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50€/day for the first two days & 35€/every additional day.
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate.
