"This is in such a wonderful setting & such a peaceful feel about it. I was hoping it was going to be a wonderful holiday but this was above & beyond my expectations. "Apartment was perfectly located in old Monterosso. This village was the best for us. Very coean. Great vibe. Church bells ringing was lovely. We visited the convent, hit the beach and ate great meals. Apartment owners were phenomenal and accommodating. Apartment was easy to find and tucked into the perfect alley with multiple little cafes. Shopping was wonderful. Great night sleep with little outside traffic. No negative side to this apartment. Will absolutely return."

"Perfect location for a family vacation. We enjoyed opening up the big doors to listen to the waves and walking the short distance to Portofino along to trail for gelato. Giancarla was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable in the house."

"We loved everything about this lovely home from home. The location was perfect and so peaceful, the host met us nearby and explained everything fully. We loved sitting on the balcony at night with a nice wine, being entertained by the fireflies. I wish we had stayed longer, it was heartbreaking to leave. Highly recommend this magical place."

"Beautiful house, clean and comfortable, very nice host. There is quite a long very narrow drive going up the mountain. Parking was on the road where you can find a spot. The walk from the street to home is about 10 mins. Easier down the up with luggage. The town is mostly residential. There is only 1 restaurant open and the hours are limited. No wine bar as google says, no grocery. My only recommendation to host would be to provide some basic essentials, (bottled water, coffee..) as the trip...

"This is a lovely little apartment. We particularly enjoyed the location - close to the main square/beach/restaurants etc, but also it felt very 'Italian', it is a very pretty and historic part of town. The apartment itself is fine (it had not been cleaned when we got there, but perhaps we had got our timing confused). There were a few minor wear and tear issues (torn shower curtain etc), but overall it is a very functional and well equipped place - we were particularly grateful for the beach...

"We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. Alberto and Nicoletta were very nice hosts with good response to communications and questions!"

"I absolutely loved this property. We stayed here for 2 nights at the very beginning of June. It is very close to the train station and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.
