„We stayed in Bay city for a softball tournament for Fathers Day weekend. There were 3 families and a dog and it felt like there was plenty of room. The house was cute and had lots of sleeping areas for the kids and adults. The owner allowed us to have our team over for a pizza party in the yard and the girls loved lounging back there. „We reallly didn’t fully utilize the property. Family in the area so we were with them. Wasn’t the greatest weather but not the owners fault. It would be my recommendation to fully air condition the place versus 3 units. Bedrooms would get pretty warm at night. Thankful I brought a fan and one was with the place. A few minor things that need fixing - cabinet door fell off and just missed my foot. Ongoing issues with TV but the living room one worked consistently. Batteries missing from ...

„We had an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay. I went with my husband, 15, 14 and 11 year olds. We all really loved the game room. They provided a lot of just in case items, answered alright away, and even left me a balloon and card for my birthday. Great size yard. And the home was simply beautiful and cozy. I will definitely be staying again. I could honestly go on and on with how pleased we were. “

„The property was super spacious, well laid out, and very clean. The backyard was great: excellent views of nature, beautiful gazebo, and nice fire pit. We had everything we needed, from grills to a TV w apps and bunk beds for the kiddos. We also fished in the lake and caught some big fish. We would absolutely stay here again! „We rented this house so that our Strictly Sail & Kayak Fishing Team could fish the HobieBOS tournament on Saginaw Bay, and the house was perfect in every way! Plenty of parking for our boat trailers, the house was clean and very nice, and our favorite part was the porch with the view of the water and the fire pit. We highly recommend this house and we hope to be back there in the future!“

„Location was great! Never traveled more than three to four miles to any site/event we wanted to visit. An unfortunate domestic situation three doors down requiring police intervention one late afternoon of our stay caused a short bit of anxiousness, but overall, neighborhood and neighbors seemed nice.
