„The 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a nice touch to offer snacks to guests. We didn’t partake (only because we stopped at the store beforehand), but we did enjoy the coffee variety offered. Loved that we had a garage to keep the rental car - especially enjoyable during winter months. Host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. “

„We enjoyed our week long stay at the Pipeline Place. Elizabeth has great communication! Convenient location. The house is lovely and comfortable. My husband loved the reclining sofa, he would rate it 10 stars for that. “

„This is a beautiful home, and you really can see the aurora from the windows!! The home was very comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Loved the location at the edge of town which made it easier to enjoy the aurora. Would definitely recommend that you stay here during your visit to Fairbanks. It is the best!“

„Fishing still sucked by the place was great again. The owner is quick to respond to any issues which this time was zero. The first stay we had a few minor things that got resolved quickly. A great comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood for our 10 day stay.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Laura and Martin are amazing. Laura communicated frequently to ensure we had everything we need and they went out of their way help us out for activities we were planning after our stay. The provisions for breakfast were great. The view of the aurora from the porch was amazing. We can't recommend this home enough.“

„We spent two nights here and wanted for nothing! We felt appreciated when we arrived to find a variety of free snacks and drinks. The house was easy to navigate and the cute signs throughout pleasantly communicated expectations. Although we live in Anchorage, we really enjoyed the Alaskan-themed decor, puzzle, games and books. „Beautiful apartment, very clean and very good communication before arrival on how to get in and again to check during stay. It worked great for us. Walls are thin but fortunately others in adjacent apartments were respectful so no problem. Pans are scratched up a bit and would recommend new ones. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!“
