„We had a wonderful stay at this coastal cottage in Edgecomb. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. As the weather was cold, it was nice to still be able to enjoy the view of the water from the coziness of the cottage. Sara was great with communicating everything we needed to know about the cottage and our stay. I would definitely recommend a stay at here for anyone looking for a quaint and comfortable getaway in Maine!“

„My family and I stayed at 312 Ocean Point for my 50th birthday vacation trip to Maine in October. The weather was absolutely fabulous and the house was the perfect location for day trips up to Camden and Damariscotta. The cottage is decorated so nicely and was very clean. Beds were also very comfortable. My son, age 15, would have spent the entire time up in the loft if there were a TV or game system up there (just an idea). Thank you!“

„Lovely place for a couple and a child. Master bedroom was lovely. Water would not allow bathing but shower was ok in hall bath. The downstairs sleeping for two adults was a little difficult. Would have been nice to know upfront that the water was not potable. Nice touches with the set dining table and toiletries. View is amazing.“

„This house has a beautiful location. My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway and enjoyed our stay. One issue that we had was the water pressure. It was hard to shower because the water kept going in and out. As others have stated, the inside of the house could use some TLC. Some of the decorations are falling apart on the wall. The paint on the walls in some rooms look incomplete. Overall it was a good stay. “
