Important Info
• No Pets: Please note that we don’t accept dogs in our Hilltop accommodations, ensuring a peaceful and serene stay for all guests. We do however, have pet friendly units noting a Pet Fee and Waiver is required.
• Adults only: Please note that our Hilltop accommodations are better suited for adults. We offer any array of other family friendly accommodations.
Fees Upon Arrival
• Resort fee: $60/unit per night + tax
• It includes:
• Gratuities for hotel staff including bellmen, housekeeping and floor valets; complimentary nightly parking; snacks and beverages in guestrooms; high-speed internet access; all local phone calls and a selection of daily resort activities.
• Activities: select a maximum of 2/person per stay. More information is available at the reception
Amenities & Services
• Dress code: The dress code at the Preserve is Resort Casual. However, collared shirts and closed-toe shoes are required in our dining venues and our shooting range. Additionally, long-sleeved collared shirts and closed-toe shoes are required for sporting clays.
• Parking: self-parking | When you arrive to the property, you will check in with the guard house who will direct you to the parking area.
• Activities: over 70 experiences available to resort guests. Exclusive experiences for Members include Tree Houses, Glamping Tents, and Traditional Upland Bird Hunting. More information is available via our concierge.
• In-room dining: available to resort guests between 8 am to 9 pm. Hours vary by season and day of week and are subject to change.
• Housekeeping: guest rooms are cleaned every three days for weekly stays. Daily service can be requested upon check-in to support sustainability and conserve energy and water
• Laundry: All units have a washer and dryer with detergent provided.
• Mobility needs: Our Hilltop accommodation is suggested for guests with mobility needs – it has wider doorways, and an elevator. There are portable ADA features that can be added upon request. (grab bars, toilet raisers, etc.)
