Bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. Die zuvor erhaltenen Informationen rund um die Anmietung und Umgebung waren hervorragend zusammengefasst. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und gibt einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Golden Gate Bridge und San Francisco. Bei unserer Ankunft war es neblig, doch schon im Laufe des Abends verzog sich der Nebel und wir konnten die Brücke und die Stadt leuchten sehen. Bei unserer Ankunft bemerkten wir, dass die Waschmaschine defekt war - doch Kris und Denny waren sofort zur Stelle und boten uns Hilfe an! Wir waren ihnen dafür sehr dankbar und hatten dabei auch die Möglichkeit, beide etwas kennenzulernen. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Bis nach San Francisco waren es außerhalb der Rush Hour nur 25 Minuten Fahrtzeit über die Golden Gate Bridge. Alternativ ist die Fähre nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und wünschen Kris und Denny nur das Beste!

Glorious San Francisco bay view apartment
We stayed 14 days at this wonderful apartment. The description is 100% accurate. It was hot during our stay and there was no air conditioning but we managed to keep comfortable with fans and open doors. Our hosts were very willing to help us if necessary. We got to see so many sites from this location. You cannot beat going to downtown SF on the Richmond Ferry. Thanks Kris and Denny

Just amazing views. Clean. Comfortable. Easy to get into town and surrounding areas. To avoid trafic, leave depart after 9am. Had everything you could need. We were worried about not having AC. The outside air is perfect and the blinds keep the heat out. Don't let this deter you.

Nothing But Spectacular!!!!
From the moment I got out of the car, I was in love with Kris and Denny's place!!! Not only was it spotless, but as soon as I walked through the door I felt like I was at home. The view from their place is something that can be on a Screen saver because it's so serene. But what was the icing on top of the cake is both of them are amazing hosts. They even allowed us to use their binoculars to get a better experience while adoring the view!! This place get 10 stars out of five!!!!

A perfect getaway with a great view
We hadn't been to the Bay Area in twenty years and since it was our 25th anniversary, we decided to go back for a visit. It was lovely. The property was exactly as described. Amazing views of the city including three bridges, a wonderful space with a full kitchen, and a great deck. We even had a flock of wild turkeys on the road at sunset on our first night. We were close to everything, from the city where we spent a day to Sonoma for wine tasting. We even ventured to Big Sur. We were close to a grocery store, and several local wine bars. Denis and Kris were responsive. We weren't wanting for anything. I would definitely recommend this place and if we had the opportunity, we'd stay there again.

Beautiful Views!
My husband and I loved this rental. We stayed the week of July 4th and we were able to see firework shows from San Francisco on the beautiful balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can easily go to San Francisco from the Point Richmond and then hop on other Ferries in San Francisco. The guest house is about 2 miles from t Point Richmond Ferry. We had a great time. The next time I come to the area I would definitely stay again.

We came for three days of Dead & Co. The only thing that delivered more then the Dead, was our stay in PT Richmond! The views were better than advertised. Had breakfast overlooking the bay each morning. Kris and Denise thank you for your hospitality...We will be back!

Wonderful rental
We have stayed here twice and been very happy. Because we don’t need to drive much,Point Richmond is a good location. It is also a good location to get to anywhere in the bay and to beaches. Numerous good hiking trails a short distance away. Views from the rental are magnificent. Large private balcony overlooks the whole bay. The unit is not that big,but feels large enough for two due to high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.

This property was a great find. It has beautiful views of the bay, Golden Gate Bridge, and the San Francisco skyline. Richmond is a nice, quaint neighborhood that is centrally located between San Francisco and Napa/Sonoma. The hosts were very pleasant to work with and accommodating. Fabulous apartment with amazing views
The apartment has amazing views over the bay, you could see for miles and the views just kept changing every time you looked. We spent hours on the balcony and inside the apartment looking out of the huge glass windows, either with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The apartment was set up well for a self catering stay, it had everything you would need. We liked that Kris and Denny had lovely quality towels and linens. The town was about an 8 min. walk away down hill and a slightly tougher 10-15 min. walk back up the hill. There were plenty of places to get food also takeaways. There were 2 grocery stores in the town which sold most things you would need. If ever we are back in the area we will most definitely stay here and would recommend it to family and friends. Thanks Kris and Denny for letting us share your lovely views!

Eye vacation for the mind and heart!
The views are amazing. The photos provided only give you just a glimpse of the real view you get. The location is amazing since you can walk into the small town and get anything you need, as well as walk the Bay trail. We enjoyed our vacation just taking in the views. Everything is 30-40 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need plus extras. The hosts were amazing with providing whatever information we needed on our trip. We relaxed, lounged, and ate while enjoying the sunsets. The peace and serenity was the best part, as well as all of nature outside of our door. There's plenty to do, just enjoy California!
