„This is a newbuild property at the back of town but that said it's a big site, plenty of parking, big rooms and plenty of space. The rooms are in a fantastic condition and the staff were extremely friendly. We ate both evening meal and breakfast there and the food was good and reasonably priced. „Im Gang hat es intensiv nach Schimmel gerochen. Es gab keinen Zimmerserveice so daß das wir kein Tolettenpapier mehr hatten. Das Personal bemühte sich unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Obwohl die Lage des Hotels sehr schön war werden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.“

„Great communication before arrival. Upon arriving I was met by a lady who showed me to the apartment. I was very happy with the apartment. Everything I needed for a few days. Parking was no problem as the apartments have their own car park. It us a short drive from shops but you don't have to go miles. Would certainly book again if I'm in the area.“

„We had a lovely short break at Cross House apartment. The property was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. It is superbly located for walks from the door along the coast north and south. The beaches in the area are beautiful, miles and miles of golden sands and clear water. There are also plenty of options within 50 metres of the property for eating out during the day and evening.“

„Ein perfektes Haus für eine Familie, um Northumberland und darüber hinaus (Edinburgh, Durham etc) zu entdecken. Das Haus war sehr sauber mit schöner geschmackvoller Einrichtung. „The property is very nice, nicely furnished and very clean. We did feel that it lacked in terms of things provided, such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, just one USED dishcloth. No welcome pack with instructions, and parking was very confusing. We unpacked the car a the rear of the house, which upset the neighbour. We parked in the nearby public car park for the duration of our stay. We were also disappointed to find out that there was no live TV channels.“
