„Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down ...

„Absolute Katastrophe das Hotel. Vor der Reise nicht erreichbar, keine Antworten auf unsere Anfragen. Beim Checkin falsche Zimmer bekommen. Für 7 Personen, nur 6 Betten. Kein Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, es gab eine Klappcouch, die man hätte beziehen können. lapidare Auskunft: wir sind ausgebucht, sie können ihr Geld zurück haben. Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus,..“

„A really well presented chalet on 3 floors, with a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge on the top floor, with good views of the Rila mountain and the slopes. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, an open fire, a bar, a beer fridge, everything for the perfect ski trip! We'd love to come back again. The complex also has a decent pool, a sauna and a good restaurant. There's a courtesy bus into the resort which runs anout every 40 minutes. Loads of parking.“

„Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items. I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were ...

„Whilst further out of the centre than say the Flora, easily walkable and accommodation is clean and very warm. Thoroughly recommend the location. Feedback and local support also very good.“

„I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. “

„Kayak için gittik. Otel gondolaya 500 m mesafede. Oteldenden gondolaya olan son servis 10:00 da kalkıyor. Banskodaki otellerin genelinde 12:00 kadar servis oluyor. Her seferinde gondolaya yürümek zorunda kaldık. Bu kadar kaliteli bir otelin bu durumu düşünmemesi çok saçma. Onun dışındaki hersey çok iyi. Ama bir daha kalmam.“

Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything“

Friendly hotel to enjoy bansko

"Hotel Review I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another highlight was the large and varied breakfast selection, which exceeded our expectations. On the downside, the hotel is a bit outdated, particularly the spa area, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, having a car is essential as the location is not very convenient for public transportation. Overall, the price-to-performance ratio was good, and despite the minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our time here."

"Leider gibt es noch teppichboden in den Zimmern der nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung ist ansonsten sind die Zimmer fantastisch riesengroß auch die Balkone schön geräumig. Das Mineralwasser Becken war leider umringt und stark benutzt von vielen Kindern schade dass dieses eine Becken nicht kinderfrei gehalten wird zum Gesundheit regenerieren und auch vielleicht die Raucher dort eine extra Zone hätten denn es gibt ja noch viele andere Pools wo für alle alles offen sein kann"
