„Stay was wonderful, there was a hiccup with one of the appliances but it was quickly coordinated and resolved the next day. Very family friendly, quiet neighbors, stone throw away from Big Bear village and not to mention the lake access was so convenient. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. That communication with the company is a very big deal for me. Knowing that I can reach the manager and have issues resolved right away is a big indicator of how this company works. ...

„Overall very happy with the location. It isnt a ski in/ski out but its a very short walk to snow summit. Its perfect for families with small kids since you can walk from the slopes back to the unit fairly quickly. We will be staying in the same area when we go back to big bear. “

„This condo was gorgeous! It's perfect for a couple and just as great if you have kids! Everything was clean, there is a big tv in the living room and one in each bedroom. The fireplace ads a romantic touch and the balcony is great to barbeque or just chill on. The view on the balcony is of the pool and Jacuzzi which are both clean and a nice treat. Boulder bay is walking distance for fishing or a picnic. The location is perfect! I called the host, (Mario), the day we arrived. Very nice ...

„Bigger and more well-appointed than expected! A few small hiccups were addressed quickly by management (listing initially said that one of the bedroom had 2 twins, which turned out to be a queen). Convenient to slopes at Bear Mountain, but too far to walk to the lifts for our 5 year-old, especially with gear. The area behind the unit was perfect for playing in the snow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!“

„It is a great location. My husband easily walked to the lifts. Our only knock is the bed in one of the bedrooms was so hard my husband had to sleep on the couch. The kitchen had everything we needed. If you are planning on baking cookies or the like make sure yo bring a cookie sheet. “

„There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great.“

„I'm a 75ish old guy who likes to ski storms and I hit a great one for my stay. The ideal element of this place was its immediate proximity to the slope—true ski-in-ski-out in three feet of new snow. „We found this within 2wks of our trip to Big Bear. We were planning to do Spartan Races at Snow Summit and this was really close. Worked out perfect, as we were able to walk out the front door of the unit and walk about .25mile to the venue. No need to deal with parking or anything and the unit came with (2) parking places. Not a high-end place, but worked for our needs and certainly was worth the money. Would definitely stay here again!“

„The property was located 1.5 miles from the Village. Easy check in process. Property is in a quiet area. The property had a few broken items one of which we were informed on our way up to the property. It was missing the keys to the hot tub so we had no access. The balcony could use a little organizing/sweeping to be utilized a little better. Overall the description of what is available and what is needed is completely accurate. Thanks for our stay we had a great New Year!“

„Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges 1-Bedroom Apartment. Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter aber immer noch gut in Schuß. Indoor Pool ist etwas klein und der outdoor Jacuzzi war nicht wirklich sauber. Es gibt eine Barbecue-Station. It 4 Grills zur freien Benutzung. Die Lodge bietet tägliche Aktivitäten an und als Ausgangspunkt am Bears Lake ist sie auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.“
