Dieses Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern liegt auf einem Hügel und bietet vom Balkon aus einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Das Haus hat einen privaten Pool im ersten Stock und oben im Haus gibt es einen künstlichen Wasserfall und einen großen Veranstaltungspavillon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben eine Bar vor Ort, die auf Anfrage besetzt werden kann. Das Haus liegt weniger als fünf Gehminuten vom Strand, Restaurants und einem lebhaften Nachtleben entfernt. Das Haus besteht aus zwei Etagen mit separaten Eingängen. Der erste Stock hat zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer und der zweite Stock hat drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer. Der Pool befindet sich in der ersten Etage und die zweite Etage verfügt über einen Balkon mit einem Esstisch im Freien und Sitzgelegenheiten sowie herrlichem Meerblick. Dieses Haus ist sehr komfortabel für einen Familienurlaub. Beide Etagen verfügen über ein eigenes Wohnzimmer und eine Küche mit allem Nötigen. Wenn Sie die Außentreppe oben im Haus hochgehen, finden Sie den großen Veranstaltungspavillon mit Meerblick, Hängematten, Sitzbereichen und Toiletten. Der Veranstaltungspavillon steht allen Gästen unseres Hauses offen und kann für private Veranstaltungen reserviert werden. Wenn Sie nicht für private Veranstaltungen genutzt werden, können Sie hier wunderbar entspannen und lesen. Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang den Hügel hinunter bringt Sie zu Sandy Beach, Restaurants, Bars, Nachtleben, Yoga am Strand, Wassersport und vielem mehr! Jedes Schlafzimmer wird mit zwei Strandtüchern ausgestattet. Liegestühle stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Alle Gäste haben Zugang zu kostenlosem Wifi. Der Parkplatz ist vor Ort und mit einem Gatter versehen.

Great House & Location!
This home was perfect for my family & our friends while visiting for a wedding. It had the perfect amount of privacy & common areas as well as walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops. Not being right on the beach is actually nice in Rincon because it gives you a little buffer from the intense waves so you’re able to sit outside and hear each other. There were a couple hiccups with your rental on this trip. We booked the home 6 months prior to our vacation. We called the host an hour out to let her know we were arriving and would meet her per the instructions. There was some missed planning on their end and we showed up to a home that had not been cleaned from the previous renters thinking we were to show up the next day. We missed our first wedding event of the weekend while the host scrambled to put new sheets on our beds while we waiting to unpack. We ended up cleaning the house ourselves and enjoyed the rest of our stay. The washing machine also did not work (minor inconvenience). Overall, if the booking process was as seamless as expected, we would stay here again for sure! The home, location, & views were incredible.

There are so many great things about the property & our stay. The house & space was perfect for our group of 8 adults. There was plenty of room &the rooftop veranda was an added bonus. The house was extremely clean, well decorated &up to date. It really was a pleasant surprise to have a set of toiletries in each bathroom, hand towels& full set of bathroom towels/beach towels. Diana was great to work with she was very accommodating for check in. She helped us unload our car with groceries & all. The trip was planned for my husbands 50th bday she helped me by ordering πcking up a cake &having a custom balloon arch set up. We did run into some issues during our stay.The hot water heater went out. Diana responded super fast & had someone out the same day to try and fix. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixed during our stay. It worked for about 1shower after being fixed & only heated enough to not be freezing. The AC went out in the primary bedroom the 2nd to last day. Diana offered to open up the studio on the property for us since the repair man could not come out & fix while we were there. Being we weren’t spending time during the day & only sleeping We stayed in the room & just kept the ceiling fan on. The house is maintained well & things happen. The important thing is how they’re handled. The thing that makes this only a 4 rating is the quality of mattresses. All 5 rooms were horrible, they all caved in the middle, one mattress is even broken. New mattresses would make this a 5.

The property in the second unit needs a new stove, and microwave. The apartment in the first-floor needs a good fan in the living room. There were issues with electricity but it is expected in an island like PR. The manager followed through all our concerns. I will be back to PR, very nice island.

Little slice of paradise!
Diana and Rob have a little slice of paradise. The location is perfect, Sandy Beach is across the street & there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We rented the main house for the week and it was bigger than we expected, a pleasant surprise! Having the pool was great, though it didn’t end up being private for us. The people in the honeymoon suite up the hill ended up using it as well and we didn’t have the heart to tell them not too (that’s on us, but just a heads up that others might think it’s included with their stay too). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the AC’s worked well. The Wi-Fi upstairs only worked from outside on the patio and we did lose power quite a bit. For us it was an issue only because my husband worked remotely during our stay- for someone vacationing I’d imagine it being a non issue! Our favorite part of the house was the upstairs communal area with the hammocks. Great views and a great breeze!

We had a fantastic time! Dianna was perfect,same with the house, the pool, and the grounds. The local bars and beach were nice and close, a quick walk which made it a great location. Don't forget to visit Jack's shack for some fish tacos, and make a snorkeling trip to steps beach. Gataratas waterfalls are absolutely breathtaking (40 min drive) and a sunset cruise on Katarina will complete your perfect vacation. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much

Great Short Stay
This property was great and the owner Ms. Dianna was awesome person. She went above and beyond with our requests and ALL the questions I had. The property was REALLY clean. The kitchen had everything I needed and the beds were really comfortable. The AC in the bedrooms was a blessing with really cold air.! You can wake up make your coffee and sit in the balcony and look towards the beach or in the evening make yourself a drink and sit in the same balcony and watch the kids in the pool! Which ever you choose Dianna’s place is great. I plan to return for my next real vacation with more time! Thank you Dianna!!!

Dianne, who I stayed with my first time in PR 10yrs ago is always extra accommodating. We stayed in a spacious 3br/3ba with balcony and access to the smaller pool. Kitchen came in handy as we cooked most of our meals and ate at the large family table on the balcony.

Beautiful and Relaxing!
8 of us rented the 5 bedroom house for a week, and had such a great time! Lot's of room, and areas to relax and visit in. The property is very clean and well taken care of. The view from the top floor pavilion is awesome! We enjoyed daily walks on the beach, searching for beach glass, and watching the surfers. A short ride into Rincon can get you to different events and shopping, and an even shorter ride can get you to a fantastic place to eat and watch the sunset. We made several meals at the house (in the fully equipped kitchen), but also ate out at several of the local restaurants which were all great. Our only difficulty was arriving at night. If you aren't familiar with the roads, make sure to arrive during the day as the roads around Rincon can be tricky to navigate (our GPS was spotty). Dianna was a very patient host, though, and guided us in safely! This is a very laid back, relaxing location. The local people were so nice and accommodating. It does get a little bit loud on Friday night at one of the nearby bars, but really wasn't a problem at all to us. Thank you Dianna and Gino for a great vacation! We hope to visit you again soon!

Location was perfect, the home was beautiful, and Dianna and company were excellent hosts. Very accommodating, and were quick to respond with any questions. At one point we went to grill and noticed the propane tank was empty. One quick phone call and 10 minutes later a fresh tank was being dropped off before we were even done prepping the food, awesome!
