„We stay here almost every time we're in PR. We don't like fancy and its perfect for us. We prefer small and friendly. The owner Angel is very kind and will do anything to help you if needed. We've stayed probably 6-8 ish times now and will continue coming here. Its away from the hustle of bigger cities but still a beautiful beach and view. “

„Our stay was very good, the property was spotless and had fresh linens and towels for the bed and bath (not kitchen)There are stairs between the 3 levels but were easily navigated. The 5 cup drip coffee pot barely filled 3 coffee cups but for a group of 4 we just ran a second pot. The pool was nice, not heated but tollerable. Not busy at all.We had a very enjoyable stay, thank you!“

„Great location. Home needs some upkeep but the pool and location were great. Home has antiquated appliances that mostly work as they should. Maintenance could be better on building ,exterior was decent. Interior was fairly clean but a good coat of paint is needed. Location is great, near the beach. No AC but plenty of fans.“

„We had a family of 9 adults, an infant and a 4 year old staying for 5 nights in January. We had a small wedding (the other family rented a VBRO next to ours) on the beach with a reception held on the roof top of this home. „The view was absolutely beautiful. The property had so much Potential. It did need Updating. When something went wrong, they did come down right away. Yes there were bugs But You are Practically Staying in the woods so of course there will be bugs. While we were there The whole island lost electricity. But since our place was on solar, we didn't have too much Of an issue. We did not like that the forth bedroom was separate from the house, but we made due.“

„Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . “

„The property is quite large and is a nice island house. The bedrooms have air conditioning and it seems like the house has undergone some renovations as many parts look new. The best feature of the house is the very large porch with multiple hammocks. We spent most our time here. The host was fantastic and ensured we had everything we need. The only surprise was the location. The map on VRBO is not correct and the home is further away from the city than indicated on the site.“
