"Hygienisch war das Hotel nicht erträglich, verstopfte WCs, nasse Teller und Besteck zum Frühstück, defekte Safes in den Zimmern, unser Zimmer wurde dreimal gewechselt! Vier Sterne nur wegen des Pools auf dem Dach, ansonsten selbst bedenklich bei drei Sternen!!! Lange Wartezeiten vor den beiden Aufzügen! Nachmittags kalte Duschen - vermutlich kein Warmwasser! Auf Fotos wird verzichtet, da äußerst negativ!"

The elevators worked flawlessly, the staff spoke English and were very friendly and unlike Copacabana and Ipanema, the beach is also much cleaner and a lot quieter. Of course, if you want to be asked every 15 minutes, whether you want to buy a bracelet or something, there is nothing wrong with Copacabana. This is not the case at all on Sao Conrado Beach. All in all, the hotel, the place and the beach in my opinion was the best choice to be in "Zona Sul" in Rio de Janeiro when you want a hotel directly on the beach."
