Very bad experience
When we arrived at the apartment we found a very different situation than described. We informed immediately by telephone the owner of the house and filled a complaint with him. The apartment was in such a bad shape that we decided to leave immediately with our three young children. We have asked to refund our booking, as it is not as described. We also tried to contact NOVOSOL via the chat function and also FeWoDirekt but without any success on that evening. As it was already getting late we had to find first an alternative solution, where we could stay for the night.
The advertisement described that the house was renovated in 2022 and very bright. In fact the whole equipment is very old, the kitchen and bathrooms must be 30-40 years old and are not renovated at all. There was only the door giving some light, in fact no other windows available. This is not „bright“ as advertised.
The apartment was smelling and we could see the mold in the walls in the bed room at the lower level. The air quality could also not be improved as there was only one door, which for safety reasons need to be closed at night time.
Old dirty cleaning equipment was standing around in the bed room, which doesn‘t give a welcoming atmosphere.
All equipment was really worn down.
The car park was too small to park our car and we had to park it 300 Meters away on the street. Also this is not acceptable, if a parking spot is offered.
In total, we are extremely disappointed and can not recommend it.
