„My family and I had a wonderful stay, the house has a divided concept which was great for my adult children and myself to have our own space as well as room to hang out together. The location was amazing!!“

„We wanted somewhere to stay on the north shore that would feel more local and be near the ocean. This little condo delivered. When they say ocean views they aren’t kidding. The beach was 20 feet from the windows! The unit was clean, provided all necessary amenities, comfortable beds, embraced the beach vibe, and what a view! My boys loved that there were twin needs so they didn’t have to share a bed. Super happy with the stay, would definitely book again. “

„This ground-level property was clean and well-maintained.The simple check-in process was so helpful. The host was wonderful and helpful. This property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Depending on how fast you walk you can get to the beach in 3-5 minutes. There are several beach areas within 15 minutes driving and 2 or 3 that you could walk to in 3-15 minutes. „Well stocked kitchen, location is wonderful. Luxury is a bit of a stretch to describe it. It was cozy and comfortable enough for 2 people. Not sure how up to 6 people could stay there though. We didn’t have any issues or problems other than repair/construction right outside the lanai (but that’s temporary). Cozy is what to expect. “

„The property reviews award many 10s, but I think a fair amount of that is due to the charm the North Shore evokes for newcomers. We are very familiar with the unique beauty of the area, having visited regularly for over 30 years. So this review will be limited to just the property.The Pros:Manager Joanne went out of her way to deal with any issues that came up. „We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was great to get away from crowded hotels and tourist attractions to relax on a quiet beach and cook some meals from fresh farmstand fruits/vegetables and the fish market rather that eating out every meal. For those in our group that didn’t want to cook, the food trucks were only 10 minutes away. “

„Listing accuracy was so/so. Some items included in listing were only available upon request (with response times sometimes being up to 24hrs)Host response time was the biggest issue. Make sure everything is squared away well ahead of arrival. Also had to ask host multiple times to fix an incessant beeping coming from a low battery fire alarm on the second floor, to which in the 7 day stay time was never fully addressed or fixed“

Other than that the trip and the property were amazing. Great communication with hosts after that and they were apologetic and said they would work on after hours contact for future guests. Eigentlich wäre die Lage schön

"Wir hatten leider das Pech, das gerade direkt vor unserem Balkon über uns Bauarbeiten stattfanden. Der Lärm ging leider morgens um 8:30 Uhr los. Daher war der Ausblick getrübt von Gerüst und Baumaterial. Sehr gut fanden wir die Reaktion des Vermieters der uns entsprechend auch einen Nachlass freiwillig gewährte.Im Inserat wird erwähnt, es handelt sich um einen neu renovierte Wohnung, dies entspricht nicht meiner Auffassung da, wenn überhaupt der Boden erneuert wurde. Das Bett war so weich und durch gehängt, dass wir auf dem auszieht Sofa schlafen mussten. Für mich leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Ohne die gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hätte ich nur einen Punkt vergeben."
