„While the room itself was in good condition and the host was responsive when I arrived (2 guests) there was only one towel awkwardly hanging in the closet that was soiled and the only additional towel was in the shared kitchen cabinet (still only 1 towel) additional guests left dishes around in kitchen that smelled and upstairs neighbors had a extremely loud party that lasted until 8am!“

„Great place for family ski vacation. Apt was clean, with amenities for cooking. Great fireplace. The ski areas are very kid friendly. The bunny slope was carved up into different trails for learning different skills. Didn’t need to drive to get things. Everything for a great stay was right on site.“

„The level of the house we were in was just the right size and had plenty of amenities. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and very convenient for visiting family in NJ as well as getting into NYC.“

„We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for us to hang out and sleep. We used the kitchen a lot and for the most part it was well equipped. We could have used more things like larger bowls to mix things or for chips. The downstairs bathroom shower could also use a curtain so that the water doesn’t get everywhere. The condo was easy to find and check in. The owner reached out to make sure we were good which was nice. Overall our family was happy with the unit “

„Great property nice and cozy for a group of 6. Rooms and house were clean and very organized host provided coffee and bath basics. House was equipped with family games and kitchen and living room and deck all open floor plan. „We stayed here with our 3 dogs between Christmas and New Years. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood of sprawling estate homes. This property had tons of room to spread out. The yard is HIGE and completely fenced in. The rooms are decorated with the photography work of the owner and other interesting pieces. Plenty to do on site and not too far from the city. Lisa was great and even let our dogs out to potty so we could relax traveling into the city for a show and dinner. We would love to ...

„The place just like the description. The rooms are spacious and there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living area is big enough. With all the furniture and utilities just felt like a home. The only concern is the area. It is a busy road with all emergency vehicles moving around all the time. But it didn’t distrub our sleep. I would recommend anyway looking for stay in newark so they communicate to NY and other important attractions.“

„4 stars (maybe more like 4.25) instead of 5 just because the bathroom could’ve been better. There were some hairs still around the tub, which told me it might not have been cleaned as thoroughly as I would’ve liked before my arrival. The water in the tub also pools around your feet when you’re taking a shower, and because it’s in an attic, the ceiling above the shower is slanted—not ideal for taller people like myself. „Alexis was a great host and she was super communicative and easy to reach. The house was clean and prefect size for my group of 6. Most things were stocked but I’d reach out to the host in advance so you can buy anything that isn’t ahead of time. One important thing to note is that the driveway can only fit 2 cars and there isn’t really any street parking. “

„Checkin process was easy but the gate watcher was notified of us originally so I had to show proof at the gate. Otherwise great stay. Some concerns were the walls were thin and we could hear people upstairs who were exceptionally loud at the time. Additionally, the space heaters for each room would trick the breaker. Insulation and rockwool would fix both these problems.“
