The cottage boasts two well-appointed full bathrooms . Additionally, an outdoor shower invites you to rinse off after a day spent at the Peconic Bay beach. Step outside onto the deck or patio, where you can bask in the tranquility of the tree-filled garden or gather around the fire pit for evening storytelling and stargazing.

Inside, the eat-in kitchen with a quaint breakfast nook serves as a central gathering spot, illuminated by natural light streaming through large windows. Enjoy meals at the kitchen table or grab a quick bite at the bar area with seating for two. For larger gatherings, the covered patio has a table accommodating up to eight guests. With its paved driveway and ample parking, this idyllic cottage promises a seamless and relaxing getaway for all.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
