Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service und Ausstattung
Not sure why it is rated excellent when property has dirty floors, dirty lobby bathrooms, looks like employees just getting thru their day, clocking in hours. Two days there and constantly had to tell dining staff to refill food while they are in kitchen talking their heads off. The worst part is first day, we saw one ant which is not a big thing, but when the next day, you get to your hotel at 3am with ants on the toilet, is another thing! A hotel should be a place to relax, clean, free of pests and be comfortable. I called downstairs, front desk tells me its normal when it gets hot!!! What a response!! If they know they have an ant issue, there’s a big problem!! She made it seem like no big deal!! which is crazier. The manager offered me 2000 points which you need 10,000 or more to get a night. She was very unprofessional and flat out told me “I am not giving you a free night”. She said I had to go through Expedia for recourse which I did. I would never want this to happen to no one which is why I writing this long review.
