„I enjoyed the view from the room. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Property was convenient at location once arrived however, far from the airport. Surfing was available however, a lot of rocks and my son received a couple of cuts on his foot and hand unfortunately. I didn't like that there was no food (breakfast, lunch or dinner included). No meal plan available.“

„The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place.“

„I had a great stay. The location was perfect for me, close to town and beaches but just the right distance that it is quiet at night! Even had the chance to meet the owners and found we had a lot in common. I will book here again!“

„Beautiful building with a great pool and wonderful views. The beach is totally rocky and impossible to pass unless the tide is out. The lack of sidewalks makes it almost impossible to walk anywhere. However, it is very easy and affordable to take buses anywhere. The suite we rented for the month needed new beds as they are memory foam and are worn out. „This property is away from the hustle and bustle of the city so is great for a relaxing holiday. The shuttle service to the private beach was appreciated. At the beach we could order food and drinks and there were activities for children. At the resort, there are many pools for the children to go swimming or relaxing in the lounge chairs. Great service from the shuttle drivers if you didn't want to walk up and down the hills from room to restaurant to pools etc. “

In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense ...

Disappointing experience

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "

A class of its own

"Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot."
