„This was an interesting place to stay. It depends on what you are looking for in a vacation housing location. This place is a converted garage unit turned into a one room condo. It was clean and was not as bad as it sounds. This unit was in a complex of multiple buildings and is in the middle of about 6 other places to stay. They did a very nice job converting it so it is pleasant and comfortable. It lacks windows, with the obvious downside of not being able to look out, but the upside of not ...

„Nostalgic: A beach property like they used to be before HDTV, before mega-cottages, self-contained resorts in which each guest has their own suite of rooms. Fully-updated. Well and completely stocked. Chefs will want to pack their own knives. “

„We saw so very many dolphins this trip along with a lot of pelicans. Watching them from the huge deck with the magnificent views was amazing. Weather was great, sunny and warm. Free Netflix is always a plus. Great restaurants, bagels and a bakery all within a few miles of Hip Nautical keeps cooking at a minimum. We hope to get back again next year. “

The exterior of the house and the downstairs could use some attention. As other reviews have mentioned, the siding on one side of the house has melted from a house fire that was next door; curious when they will fix this as it's been mentioned in a few reviews And, I don't know if we just went at a time when the bugs had been ...
