„Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food.“

„Sehr schönes Haus wie auf den Photos ersichtlich ! Ein wirklich traumhafter Blick vom Pool in die umbrische Hügellandschaft. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit großen zweiten Kühlschrank, den man gut brauchen kann (Supermarkt ca 25 Min. Fahrt; ganz kleiner Laden im Nachbarort). Tischtennisplatte, Tischkicker sorgen für Abwechslung. Viele einezelne Sitzmöglichkeiten außen. Orvieto in Sichtnähe, Todi und Perugia oder Bolsaner See schöne Tagesausflüge.“

„Es war ein typisch altes italienisches Haus, aber dennoch gemütlich und das Haus hatte viel Platz. Nur bei schlechtem Wetter sind Wohnzimmer und Küche zusammen klein für 8 Erwachsene. Es ist eine wunderschöne Gegend mit einem sehr schönen Kratersee, dem Bolsena-See (der See ist der größte in Europa). Sie müssen Italienisch sprechen, da sie kein Englisch sprechen. wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.“

„This is a larger authentic Tuscan farmhouse with a lovely lush garden. The house has a rustic feel with lots of the furniture made by the hosts, the pool and garden are beautiful to relax and take in the views. Many of the sights in southern Tuscany and Umbria are close by (by car). The property is clean and the beds and bathrooms are very comfortable. The hosts are very discreet but will make you feel very welcome. Definitely would visit again! “

„The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.“

„The way to the house is a disaster for any car. The location itself is nice, but the pictures in the advertisement are significantly older. Accordingly, everything is a bit older in terms of furnishings. It's a shame that nothing is being renewed.
