Based on prior experiences we have some NEW very important rules that everyone will need to follow.

• Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. Only people on the booking registration can be in the house ($250 fee)
• No Smoking 🚭 $250 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal treatment)
• No Locals without approval
• Quiet hours from 10pm-7am
• Please do not wear shoes inside.
• Covering the Ring doorbell cameras will result in immediate cancelation without a refund.

Snow plow services will be provided during winter months 👍
