Our home is located on a well-connected road, offering convenience that provides quick access to the Mayo Clinic, downtown Rochester, and all essential services like grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. While the location makes getting around easy, the interior of our home offers a calm and quiet space, perfect for relaxation after a busy day. Enjoy both convenience and comfort during your stay.

As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. All areas are private to you.

This includes access to the three beautiful bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry machines, front porch, backyard, fast wifi, smart TV, full kitchen, new furniture, and more.

We have free parking for up to two vehicles in the driveway, and additional garage parking for one vehicle.

Prior to your arrival you can expect to receive a welcome message, Included in it will be a link to our digital home guide.

Our home guide is simple to navigate and should answer most of your questions pertaining to our home and your stay. Our guide and message will include check-in/check-out instructions, WIFI access, house rules etc. We have also included some local Intel on places to eat, shop and get local coffee.

Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed featuring highly quality sheets for your ultimate comfort. There are two bedrooms on the main level. Ascend the staircase to the upper level, (please note somewhat steep) where you’ll find an open bedroom concept that exudes warmth and charm. This space offers a comfortable retreat with a serene ambiance, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. Adjacent to the bedroom, there’s a cozy sitting and reading area, perfect for enjoying a good book or a quiet moment. For those who need to work remotely, a separate office workspace is also located on this level, providing a quiet and comfortable environment to stay productive during your stay. This thoughtfully designed space caters to both relaxation and work, making it an ideal choice for any guest.
The full bathroom provides a shower and tub combination so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. Stocked with fresh towels and Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

☀️We welcome guests for mid term stays. Please note guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement for stays longer than 28 days.

☀️We love welcoming furry family members! Dogs up to 50 pounds are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs per stay. Please note, a $50 pet fee applies, and we kindly ask that dogs remain off the furniture and that you clean up after them in the yard.

☀️Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance to cover losses against events that prevent a guest from fulfilling the reservation.

☀️We comply with and exceed all COVID-19 Airbnb sanitizing regulations and take extra measures to sanitize ALL bedding between each guest.

☀️Self Check-in is flexible anytime after 4PM. Please let us know if you are arriving late so we can leave outdoor lights on for you. Check out time is 10am.

☀️We are in Minne-snow-ta, which means we can have snow. We have full service snow removal/ice melt to ensure you are able to get to your appointments. We will have snow removed once the snowfall has stopped, and come out for over an inch. The Minnesota winter is not a perfect place, snow will drift and fall between removals. We provide shovels and ice melt for you to use between our removal.

☀️Due to this being a home of character, there is no bathroom vent. Please slide open window while showering for venting.

In some instances before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
