„Was supposed to be pay at hotel but charged a week in advance which wasnt ideal. Main pub was so dead when we arrived they were serving food and closed early at 830pm which was very disappointing after a long journey. Room was a great size. Bedding smelled stale, but looked very nice Some ofvthe fittings and fixtures were a bjt dated and had seen better days. On site parking was good. Toiletries were minimal so glad I brought my own. It was ok but not sure I'd stay there again.“

„Stayed in the 'Worcester suite' which is a nice large room, and although directly above the bar very quite (you only hear people when they go out on the street). Breakfast was typicaly minimalistic british - the buffet very simple, and the menu limited more or less to the english breakfast.“

„Great location, friendly staff, renovated in last couple of years. Quiet, warm, comfortable room and beds, and good breakfast. Don't expect the most modern facilities (eg shower mixer) but everything worked as it should and we would recommend and return here.“

„The Breakfast team are exceptional....food out of this world, one of the best breakfasts you will ever have at a hotel. We are elderly and Olivia was so kind to us during our stay. The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay. Thank you to all the team“

„The rooms were large and very clean. Lots of facilities (coffee/tea etc). The restaurant in the pub had very good food and plenty of beer choice. The cafe breakfast was very good. I would definitely return if I am in the area.“

„Das Hotel ist ein echtes altes Landhaus mit dem englischen Charme. Kein Boden ist gerade und es ist ein wahres Labyrinth. Eben was den Charme ausmacht! Aber klar sind Zimmer/Bad nicht auf ganz neustem Stand, aber das Bett ist top und das Frühstück auch. Zudem ist die Lage ideal: nur ca. 15 Min vom Bahnhof weg, am Anfang der schönen kleinen Altstadt. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.“

"Nice and calm hotel. Not much to do directly Herr, it's about 20minutes walk into Bromsgrove Center. We came here for a wedding, so it die not matter. Friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant, good breakfast which could have a little more options for foreign guests. The bed was a little too soft and small for our taste. Air condition did not work, however, they supplied a fan which did a good job"
