Suite 213 - Sunshine at Rock Spring Resort

Rock Spring Resort’s Suite 213, Sunshine is one of our unique, brand-new studio apartments. We chose colors that pop for this space, which is sure to put you in a great mood! This suite is perfect for an individual or couple.

The apartment has two gorgeous, large windows that keep the room bright with natural light and contrasts beautifully with the abstract colors. As always, we have hand-painted art in the Suite, and every luxury to make this space your "home away from home" including a cooling gel mattress, premium King sized pillows, white fluffy towels, a Keurig coffee pot and a bottle of complimentary wine.

What you don't find in your Suite, you'll find when you explore the resort: 1.25 miles of manicured paths lined with wildflowers, a 5-person dry sauna that most folks preheat for a treat after a dip in the hot tub, and a kids' playground that is known for it's treehouse library, plus custom amenities you can only find in the country like an array of fire pits, tree swings made for kids and adults and a dog park with runs for off leash playtime. Our family lives onsite at the resort, and we're happy to respond if you need anything at all. That said, we offer self check-in and will respect your desire to "get away" if that's your preference.

Rock Spring Resort can best be described as a boutique hotel in the country. We're located on 10 acres of land with 1.5 miles of walking trails, an old barn, fire pits, grills, a meandering creek complete with beaver dams, picnic tables, hammocks, tree swings, a 5-person European Dry Sauna and more!

Each of our 20 Suites is an individual modernized apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. Our Suites range in size from a Studio that's perfect for a solo traveler to a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that easily sleeps a family of 12.

Rock Spring Resort is designed to feel like a luxury home away from home. We are very family and pet friendly! You'll find tons of amenities for kids like a treehouse library, playground, tree swings and a game cabinet. Plus, we offer pack n' plays and BPA free dishes for your little ones in every Suite - Because let's face it, traveling with kids can be tough! We also cater to pups with a Bark Park, biscuits and extra leashes so your 4-legged family members can explore Rock Spring Resort along with you!

We have full-time maintenance onsite 24-hours a day plus professional cleaners here 7-days per week. 100% of our staff speaks English, but we also have folks onsite fluent in American Sign Language and German - plus, we speak a bit of Spanish and French.

At Rock Spring Resort, you simply get more for your money than the average hotel. We are able to keep our prices reasonable because we are family owned and operated, use technology to automate items like check-in, and take advantage on economies of scale that platforms like Airbnb can offer. This allows 100% our attention to go towards providing an amazing guest experience for everyone who stays at Rock Spring Resort!

We also have a Theater/Event Center at the Resort complete with an arcade treehouse, ball pit, game room, sounds system, private courtyard, stage and more that is perfect for family reunions, church groups, scout troops, birthday parties, holiday celebrations, weddings and more. The event center can easily hold 100 and includes a large kitchen, but we recommend sleeping no more than 30 folks, since we only have 2 bathrooms with showers dedicated to this space. Note: The Theater must be booked separately from Suites and is not included as a standard amenity.

There is a lot of space for parking on the property! Guests can park in front of the building, or behind, in the gravel areas. Travel will be best by car, though biking or walking is possible.

Our shared laundry facility is towards the back of our building. It is the teal door next to the laundry sign. It is on the far-left side.

Our hot tub and sauna are located in the back of the building as well. They are at the far right of the building.

Our dog park entrance is in our hallway near suites 112-118.

We have lighted signs located above our doors directing you to where your suite is.

Please note: Our Sunshine Suite (213) is upstairs, and you must climb steps.
