Each room has unbeatable panoramic ocean views including the five master suites. Gather on two balconies or the spacious 2500 square feet deck which is the ideal place to grill your family a meal, catch up over the fire place or take in the gorgeous sunset over the ocean relaxing from the brand new hot tub.

Completely remodeled, this home has a sleek modern kitchen with high end appliances, massive windows, and stylish brand new furniture to make you feel like the A list celebrity you are. A dedicated theater and arcade game room offer hours of fun with ample board games, books and streaming your favorite movie.

Soak up the sun on the beach, catch crabs and dig for clams with complimentary nets and clam shovel. Relax on the deck and you might see the Oregon Coast scenic railroad train pass by in the quaint town of Rockaway Beach below you.

LIVING AREA

When you walk in you will be welcomed by incredible panoramic ocean views from the main living area. Spend quality time together enjoying your morning coffee in the breakfast table watching the sun rise over the ocean or sit and relax in the brand new luxury leather seating provided for your comfort.

The second living area has the same ocean views and also sports an extensive board game and book collection -- enjoy a game night around the rounded leather seating and industrial modern decor. Two arcade games are offered for your gaming excitement after a n ie day at the beach. A desk by the window offers a convenient workspace with a view, and a wood-burning fireplace adds allure.

Lean back and enjoy your family movie night from the four new leather recliners in the dedicated movie theater with a HD movie projector and 120 inch movie screen.

Be a shark at playing on the Brunswick pool table in the dedicated billiard room while watching the ocean views. Outside, the fun awaits you with some competitive cornhole.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-appointed kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances including a spacious Subzero fridge and brand-new pots, pans, and dinnerware. Serve appetizers at the incredible island bar for 8. The dining table extends to seat up to 8-10 comfortably, while a custom live edge large table that seats up to 12, is found on the outdoor deck.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps 25 guests in six bedrooms including five dreamy master suites. Every bedroom offers breath taking panoramic ocean views, floor to ceiling windows, brand-new memory foam mattresses, new linens and plenty of room to stretch out enjoying comfort of your bed after a long day at the beach.

The primary master suite is completely remodeled and has a king bed, a sleep sofa, LED TV and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower with room for two and a bath tub. A second master suite has a king bed, a sleep sofa, LED TV and an en-suite bath. Third master suite has king bed and a sleep sofa while the fourth master suite has a queen bed and sleep sofa. The adjacent bath has a tub/shower combination. A spacious kids bedroom has three twin-over-twin bunks and a leather sleep sofa for the fun sleepovers. The theater room has a leather sleep sofa and two power reclining leather seats.

Located in a separate in-law apartment on the property, the fifth master suite has a king bed, a twin bunk bed, LED TV and an en-suite bath with a shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Gather on the deck to rest in the shade, grill meals on a gas grill, or soak in the hot tub. Relax around the outdoor fireplace. Sip coffee on the two upper balconies. The main deck has a dining table, fireplace, hot tub and cornhole. Free admission to your own movie theater and gaming area.

Catch your own meal with complimentary crab traps and clam shovel. Enjoy complimentary access to a public lake stocked with fish annually. Bring your own fishing gear.

Such a Cool Place
Jen's house is truly stunning. We hosted our long wedding weekend there, and everyone remarked on how incredible the house was. We were able to comfortably sleep 19 adults - 8 of which were in bunks and one on a pull out couch. I wouldn't rely on the futons, many of which are in bedrooms which are best meant for couples. The kitchen is huge and well stocked, though the oven is quite small. Jen was an incredibly helpful and flexible host. She did everything in her power to make our wedding weekend as easy as possible. She answered all the questions we had leading up to our stay, and offered helpful suggestions when appropriate. Please stay here!

Wonderful stay, amazing host
This is a perfect house for a large group! So many places to relax without feeling like you’re in anyone’s way. We appreciated having multiple ensuites so each family could have their own bathrooms and yhe bunk bed room was great for all the kids to stay in. We enjoyed the movie theater room, pool table and especially the view from the top floor. The host was very responsive from booking to check-in and even post-checkout. We left something behind and they were very helpful in searching for it and even mailing it back to us! We are so grateful! They are the perfect hosts and we will absolutely be looking to stay at one of their properties the next time we’re booking a getaway. Thanks for the wonderful stay at the coast!

We stayed at the IBB mansion for a holiday gathering and absolutely loved it. Jen was very communicative and provided everything we needed for our large group. Everyone had their own space with plenty of common areas to gather together. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for coming together for shared meals. We can’t wait for the next time we stay!

Give Thanks!
Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation on the Oregon coast. The weather was sunny and perfect. The home provided everything we needed and the views were amazing! Beds were comfy, the kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking necessities, and the hot tub was a hit. Movie room was cool and the kids enjoyed playing pool and arcade games. The communication with owners was good and they kindly left a couple of complimentary surprises—-Thank you. We would have liked a heads up on the adjusted check in and out times, it may have changed our travel plans had we known earlier. Other than that, everything went well and we appreciated the opportunity to stay at Illbeback! Sunny skies, king tides and sand dollars….we’ll be back!

We had an amazing time at the IBB Mansion in Rockaway Beach, OR. Our event was a corporate retreat for my small business. Everyone had a wonderful time. The property was so comfortable for our group of 16 and there was something to do for everyone. It is a beautiful walk to the beach, there's a huge and well-stocked kitchen for meals, multiple decks for taking in the amazing views, and so much bright light!! It's the ideal property for large groups. Thank you so much for a very memorable vacation!

Premier family friendly vacation rental!
I cannot say enough great things about this property and the area! There were 16 of us and Jen was absolutely the BEST host! I would rate her 10 stars if I could. The house had everything we needed to cook meals, and we cooked A LOT. There are two coffee tea stations, one in the main kitchen and one in the small kitchen area on the second floor. This was so nice at night for our tea lovers and in the morning for tea and coffee. We sat in the hot tub and watched sunsets from the deck or the beach. We had a family movie night and played lots of games and puzzles. The coast is great to explore and Rockaway Beach is a happy middle area. The Beach Bakery has yummy treats but only open F-Tues. we had a lovely breakfast at Downies Cafe in Bay City (10 minutes away). They have the BEST homemade pie and cinnamon rolls. That was a direct recommendation from Jen and we truly appreciated it! Back to the house, the beds are all so comfortable, which is rare as we travel A LOT. The bathrooms are all stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. We utilized the washer and dryer so we did not have to pack as many clothes. Smore's on the fire place was a favorite with the kids and was a perfect way to end our last night. I hope we get to return soon! We highly recommend creating memories here and letting Jen make your getaway stress free!

Halloween Weekend
Great home for a Halloween surprise birthday party! We had 19 in our group and found the house to be very accommodating. The home is well stocked with a full functioning kitchen and everything needed to prepare meals for a large group. The Keurig coffee makers are lifesavers and include all condiments. Views from the windows and multiple deck areas are fantastic and the sound of crashing waves was quite surprising given the distance from the beach below. The hot tub, propane fire pit, decorative lighting and outdoor seating areas served our group well… very nice! This house is HUGE! The multiple levels and master suites provided adequate privacy and sleeping arrangements for our group. The movie room with adjacent kitchen nook and family room was hit with all and made it very comfortable for watching the World Series! There are plenty of areas in this house to accommodate a large group and provide the opportunity to split up or come together. At times, we had separate gatherings taking place simultaneously across all floors! Big ‘THANKS’ to Jen for all her help in coordinating the house for our stay over Halloween. Jen was great to work with and was eager to assist with our plans to celebrate a surprise 50th Halloween birthday party! Jen’s recommendation surrounding the use of ‘Heather & Team’ to cater meals and decorate the home was very much appreciated. Heather and her Team went over the top with decorations and providing a memorable experience. The 10’ animated werewolf and life-sized Chucky doll were enjoyed by all! 😊 Additionally, the seafood buffet and creamy chicken dinner and all related dishes were delicious! Lastly, the Beach Bonfire and preparation that was done was a highlight of our weekend. The preparation, presentation, and clean-up were awesome and worked very well with our large group. … Amazing and highly recommended!

Beautiful home!
A group of 13 us from work stayed at this property in early November. The sun was out, and the views, sunset, and night sky were all beautiful. Plus, it is just a couple minutes drive from the beach. The back patio was wonderful, and from the hot tub in the night we could easily see stars/constellations. For 13 of us, there was plenty of coffee/tea in the mornings and a beautiful kitchen which we used to cook almost every meal. There was even an intercom system for each floor and we caught some crabs with the rings supplied in the garage! Jen responded to any questions we had promptly and was a wonderful host! If I were to nitpick, one of the fireplaces by the theater was not working, one of the stools in the billiards room was flimsy, and the sound in the theater room only came from the projector (although it's possible we used it incorrectly). But these were minor issues. The whole house was clean, well-stocked, and a joy to stay at! Highly recommend.

Big house....quite a bit of cobwebs and bugs. Top floor is fantastic, other floors could use some upgrading. Can't really get any better as far as price and amenities. Overall, really enjoyed the stay!

Perfect place for our family gathering
A beautiful home with gorgeous views, plenty of space and everything we could use to have a fun & memorable family gathering. When not at the beach or exploring, we were playing pool or ping pong, assembling one of the many jigsaw puzzles, enjoying a movie together in the theater room, playing guitars, or trying out the hot tub. Jen was an exceptionally responsive host. We appreciated the ample supply of kitchen/dinnerware items and paper goods…. and just wish we could have stayed longer!

Great stay!
House was just as advertised in photos. Great kitchen for cooking. We hosted a family reunion with 19 people ages 2-74 and it was great! Cousins loved the bunk room and movie room. Nice patio with view. We loved listening to the waves at night through open windows. Thank you Jen for being so quick to respond with any questions that came up. Excellent stay!

Gorgeous (and Massive) Property!
We had a few different families stay here over a long weekend and it was so fun. There are seemingly endless rooms, floors for the kids to hang out in the movie theater and parents to hang out with their wine. The house is just up the hill from the beach and the downtown area. But it's not like we were dying to go anywhere as the view was spectacular. It was such a dreamy place to stay. Thank you!!

Ideal for Family Reunion
Our extended family stayed for a week and we never stopped marveling at the view. The cooks in our family made gourmet meals in the exceptionally well stocked kitchen. The three coffee stations were welcome and well used. There was plenty of space for some to having a rousing ping pong tournament downstairs while others were quietly putting a puzzle together on the top floor and still others were playing music together on the middle floor. We soaked in the hot tub; had a family movie night in the theater; sang around the fire pit on the deck; enjoyed walking the beach and hiking the nearby trails. Jen and the team were helpful and responsive. Plentiful supplies and towels; kleenex, paper towels, laundry soap and more. Exceptional experience!

Best family vacation house ever!
We loved this house. Pool room, theater room where kids played video games. The hot tub was awesome after a day at the beach. We loved the quiet town but a quick drive to see Tillamook and Seaside Beach and Canon Beach. We loved it it was so clean. There were 22 of us. Great family vacation.

Amazing house and experience
