Enjoy new decor and furnishings throughout, a back patio with a firepit and a view of the mountains, and a private hot tub to indulge in each evening.
Built in 2022, this home is located in Manhattan Beach, a quiet oceanside neighborhood at the north end of Rockaway Beach. You can walk to the beach in about a minute to spend your days surfing, clamming, and collecting seashells. There's so much to do and explore nearby, including Manhattan Beach State Recreation Site (less than a mile), the bustling shops and eateries of downtown Rockaway (just over a mile), the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad (seven miles), the Manzanita Links (11 miles), and the Tillamook Creamery (14 miles).
Wake up each morning to peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the bedrooms and balcony upstairs. Downstairs on the main floor, there's a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances where you can fix your morning coffee, flip pancakes on the gas range, and set the dining room table for a family breakfast.
After a day spent at the beach, come home to unwind in central air-conditioning or gather outside on the patio for a barbecue on the gas grill and marshmallows roasted over the smokeless firepit. Stargaze from the warmth of the hot tub before heading back indoors to curl up on the leather sofas, play board games by the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite movies on the living room TV. All four bedrooms are upstairs, including a primary suite with a shower and a soaking tub. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
