Ocean front 4 bed room home.

Ocean front home with private path to Nedonna Beach

You’ll enter the home on the lower level where you will find 2 bedrooms(king & queen) a full bathroom, laundry room with washer & dryer and a large family room(queen sleeper sofa). The family room has plenty of room for relaxing and watching a movie or playing games. As you go up stairs you will be awestruck with the amazing view of the ocean out of the extra large wall of windows and sliding glass door. It’s an open and spacious living, dinning and kitchen area. There are swivel recliners in the living room so you can choose your view, look north to the Nehalem bay jetty or south to twin rocks. Also in the living room is a large section sofa and electric fireplace. The large dinning table seats 8 comfortably and another 4 at the oversized kitchen island. The incredible kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to make your family meals including walk in pantry/coffee bar area. The kitchen window fully opens to the bar counter on the covered deck with a bbq and patio fire table that seats 6. Also upstairs is a half bath and 2 Master suits - The ocean front master bedroom has a king bed, TV, Blackout blinds/curtains, en suit bathroom w/ large soaking tub, tile shower double sink vanity, separate toilet closet. The mountain View master has a king bed, TV, walk in closet, en suit bathroom with tile shower.

When on the beach a must see at low tide is all the sea life on the jetty, star fish, sea anemones and little crabs are sure to make everyone smile. There are sand toys at the house for the castle builders.

Rockaway Beach is a short 3 mile drive south with restaurants, gift shops, coffee house and ice cream shops. Or Garibaldi is a bit father south with the Garibaldi Marina, there you can get fresh local seafood or go out charter fishing and catch your own fresh seafood. North of the house is Wheeler with a great antique shopping, Nehalem with amazing river side fish n chips! And Manzanita.

Wonderful home!
We stayed at this home it is absolutely gorgeous! Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for our group. Great location to the beach, with lots of amenities you don’t need to bring from home. We had a few issues during the stay, like low propane and full garbage, and the host handled that quickly and communicated with us well. Only suggestion is find a way to block the frosted glass that is on every door, especially the important ones like common bathrooms and bedrooms. Just kind of awkward. Other than that, everything was great and we would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, modern property, with all the amenities. What a view! Thoughtful design includes window opening from kitchen to grill &…this amazing glass wall that fully opens to the amazing beach. I would heartily recommend this property.

Birthday Celebration
This is probably the best VRBO home that we’ve ever rented. Beautiful home with awesome views and well stocked. Beds and pillows super comfortable and having three king bedrooms made our couples happy. Our visiting family was all very impressed with the home (with one being a property manager in Destin). We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Best Place we’ve ever stayed
I don’t often leave reviews. It is my opinion that if you get what you pay for a review is not necessary. In this case I feel the need to leave this review. In the past we’ve been disappointed and have learned not to get our hopes up. From the minute we walked into this beautiful home we were never once disappointed. I cannot say enough about how perfect this house and host are. The cleanliness and attention to detail are second to none. This home has EVERYTHING you could ever want in a vacation stay. The appointments this home has are so far above everything else on the market. My family and I feel very fortunate to have found this home. If you’re considering this home for a vacation stay your search is over. It was so nice that we found it difficult to leave. Becky (the homes owner) was very responsive with any questions we had and extremely nice and professional. There are no more words I can say other than a huge thank you for allowing us to stay here. We will certainly book any trips in the future and stay here again.

Perfect Beach House on the Oregon Coast
The house was perfect. Location is right on the beach and neighborhood has a cute, small beach town feel. House is beautiful- newer build, clean, and high end finishes. House had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes and other toys to keep our toddler entertained. Highly recommend!

Exceeded all expectations
This was the cleanest, nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. Great location & beautifully furnished, our family of 9 (grandparents, kids, grandkids), enjoyed every moment of our stay. An easy walk to the beach right out the patio door, or drive to nearby attractions. We did family photos at Hug Point, visited the lighthouse at Cape Meares, and went crabbing at Kelly's Marina. We can't wait to come back. Best family vacation ever.

Amazing 4day stay
I celebrated my 70th birthday with my roomates from college at this beautiful property. We had the best time cooking, walking the beach, playing ping pong and telling stories. Thank you Becky for responding so quickly to all of my questions. Wonderful stay and will let our friends know about how great this home is. So well equipped with everything we needed. Great Stay
Great property, room for everyone. The only negatives were there was a lot of leftover opened food in the fridge/freezer from previous guests. All the bedroom doors are frosted glass so light comes in pretty bad. If someone is up later than others the bedrooms will still be lit. Otherwise house has everything you need and more, great beach location. Would stay again for sure!

Fantastic Beach House
My family and I had a great stay at this beach house. Becky was very communicative and check in process was very easy. Home is super clean and has everything you need! We didn't find the drawer with Saran Wrap, baggies, and lighters until the next day ha! (It was a well hidden "magic" slide out drawer in the kitchen we didn't see). Unfortunately the fire pit for the outdoor table wasn't working but that wasn't a big deal. A house right on the beach was perfect! Would definitely book again!

First off the curb appeal was amazing, and once you enter the house the experience just keeps getting better. From the high end fit and finish of the whole house. Then the cleanliness was superb. Then all the amenities were highend. To top off the whole experience, the breath taking view was absolutely amazing. Plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be booking this house again in the future.
