Dieses zweistöckige Haus ist ein idealer Ort für ein Familientreffen oder eine unvergessliche Urlaubsfeier direkt über dem Sand von Rockaway Beach. An der Nordseite des Hauses verläuft ein hübscher kleiner Bach, der den Gästen etwas mehr Privatsphäre bietet, und die charmanten Geschäfte und Restaurants der Stadt erwarten eine halbe Meile nördlich. Egal, ob Sie Ihre Tage am Strand verbringen, surfen oder sich sonnen möchten, Sie kommen immer zu einem privaten Tischkicker, einem Gaskamin und einer luxuriösen Whirlpool-Badewanne in der Master-Suite nach Hause.

Parkmöglichkeiten: Parken ist vor oder an der Nordseite des Hauses möglich; In der Stadt sind keine Parkplätze an der Straße erlaubt. Bei größeren Veranstaltungen parken Sie bitte auf dem Zugang zum Strand in der Stadt (nur zur Tagesnutzung) und bringen Sie Ihre Gäste nach Bedarf zum Shuttle.

Vollkaskoversicherung: Die Gesamtkosten Ihrer Reservierung für diese Unterkunft beinhalten eine Gebühr für die Vollkaskoversicherung pro Nacht („Management“), zuzüglich Steuern, falls zutreffend (die „Vollkaskoversicherung“). (Bei Aufenthalten von 28 Nächten oder länger kann ein Rabatt gewährt werden, sofern dies zulässig ist.)

HORRIBLE!! FOR MY WEDDING!!!
This was the worst experience staying at this place, I had my 50 person wedding here and the pictures were absolutely nothing like the house or beach, this is a scam and I intend to get all my money back. Tried contacting the host for over 3 months and no response, no beach access, rocks are placed all around the house. It depicted in photos and I had to change my whole wedding ceremony and reception bc of this. Not to mention the beach patrol gave us a $450 fine because of the parameters and this was due to the rocks we had no idea that were there. Luckily we made the best out of the beautiful beach and it was an amazing wedding but we could not use the house and I was had by VACASA. Never stay here. Nothing works everything is broken. Don’t trust these people.

The house is in need of some major maintenance. For the amount of money that I spent, the house should be kept in better condition. The hot tub jets didn’t work, the sliding glass door is difficult to slide open and closed, and many things were loose and not functioning correctly. The list could go on and on. The location was the one thing that we enjoyed. Take some of the money and do some maintenance on the home. Also, the front of the house tiles as you go up the stairs were loose and broken which is a fall risk. The foosball table players are not stationary so it is pointless to have.

Sisters & Families Reunion
Our family of 17 found the Beach Villa completely accommodating for us. Easy e-lock-code entry, to a beautiful furnished home. Everyone had beds, privacy, and bathroom access; we brought our food and cooked meals in the fully furnished kitchen, and it never felt over-crowded. Clean bedding and towels, all plenty available. We especially enjoyed the beach views from the great room, the hot tub, and close access to the beach. I would not hesitate to recommend the Rockaway Beach Villa to others, and would definitely come here again.

Beautiful view. House need updating bad!! Lights need replacing. New paint inside would help. Updated cabinets a must. Hot tub cover allows rain in. Much more to do. Would not rent again until home updated.

Great location, home had issues
The location of this property was great! Beautiful beach right out the back door with stunning sunsets. The house, however, had some issues. The oven didn’t work, the downstairs bathtub drain didn’t work, the cable TV wasn’t working, the master shower had poor water pressure. Also, upon returning to the home one afternoon we couldn’t get into the house because the batteries in the lock had died. We were able to get in through an unlocked window, otherwise we would have had to wait a couple of hours for the repairman to arrive to change the batteries. For the amount they charged for this property I expected everything to be in working order. Despite all of these inconveniences we enjoyed the time with our kids and grandkids and the beautiful Oregon coast.

Amazing view!
House needs a little work. Sliding door needs replaced and there is a soft spot in the floor. The ice maker does not work and the refrigerator made a lot of noise. Could use a coat of paint. The foozeball table needs tightened up, screws were loose. The house itself was big and beautiful! Well stocked. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Beds Not so Great
The place was really nice and location was amazing. However, for the price that we paid, the beds were very very uncomfortable and not worth the money. We also were not given enough dish soap to run our dishes the entire time. Overall, the place was good but it would have been a way better experience for the beds to be of actual comfort.

Huge Beach House
Nice home. Many necessary items there. Right on the beach. One dryer needed a new belt. TV had a picture, but not great. Older model. Hot tub near deck was great. Unfortunately neighbors stand right next to hot tub to smoke and let their dogs come up on deck ( as we stepped in dog poop that they don’t even clean up after on the deck). We were there second week in September and had perfect weather. Nice little creek to play in next to house. BBQ had not been cleaned by management, as there was a whole fish which stunk to high Heaven’s when we opened it up. Many of the blinds in the home were broken or didn’t work properly. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids and truly did enjoy our week there even with the previously mentioned issues. We did take photos upon arrival and as we tidied up and did another load of dishes and many towels were laundered and placed in the working dryer before we left. We also got garbage out to the street as they came early this morning (on Monday).

Upon check in, we had some issues with the rooms being locked and had to be walked through over the phone in order to open the doors so we could get settled in. Overall stay was great and had plenty of room for the family. Property right on the beach made for some amazing memories. Wish the beds were a tad more comfortable- but overall great place.

Awesome beach stay!
Overall we were happy with the place.... loved the location & beach access! Few things needed fixing, not enough supplies for kitchen & laundry available, busy, busy area over the 4th of July! Price for 5 nights was pretty steep! Great memories made with our granddaughters❤️

Great location with huge beach. Room for a lot of people. Kitchen was small for so many if you like to cook. Some bunks were a bit uncomfortable with very thin mattresses. Overall very fun place to be.

Fun Family Reunion
Everyone loved our stay. It was right on the beach, with plenty of windows to take advantage of the view, perfect for everyone to catch the sunset and either watch or take part in the fun outside. Also, the great room was big enough for individual visits with people. I am always frustrated with the cookware at rentals, but the cookware was great! We hope to visit again.

Absolutely fantastic view and great house for large family event.
We had 19 family members at the house for an early Thanksgiving celebration. We loved the view, walking on the beach and relaxing in the hot tub! The bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, but the regular beds are great! Overall, we were thrilled with the experience!

Amazing Family Experience
This home was everything you promised. It was large and roomy and the only place that was right smack dab on the beach. It is not wheel chair accessible, but we were able to drive my almost 90 father to the back door and wheel him up just three steps and he used the main floor bedroom and bathroom without any issues. We enjoyed the kitchen as it was more than fully equipped! The hot tub and fire pits were amazing and the walks on the beach were unforgettable. The only improvement is perhaps redoing the master bath tile in the shower, but at least everything was clean and the home had plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. There were games and books available as well. The price was really high, but it was our final outing with my ailing father, so it was worth it. Thanks for sharing this amazing home with us!

What a view!
The house is an amazing space. 6 bedrooms accommodated all of us adults. Parking would be the only issue if you wanted to fill all the beds they have there. (There's only 4 parking spaces.) The furnace is in one of the bedrooms and made a whistling sound, like you're blowing through a soda pop bottle. May be that the air filter was put in wrong. The fireplace was not working correctly. It was at the ember stage and not the big flame stage, that was disappointing. I called the number to report the problem and they were prompt in calling me back. And asked if there was anything else that needed attention. The dishwasher wasn't dissolving the soap pods all the way, may have a problem with the soap door. The outside lights didn't work on the deck. One of the blinds was broken in one of the bedrooms. There were 8 of us and in the living room there was an over-sized chair, a love seat and a couch. We ended up taking the two chairs out of the foyer so everyone had a comfy chair. The kitchen was adequately stocked but there were no measuring cups of any kind. It would also be nice if you could have a list of what TV stations are available with your satellite service. I would definitely stay there again. The items I have listed are minor, and can be easily remedied. The view was amazing, we were even treated to a thunderstorm. Beach access is right next to the house. Our family had a great time! Thank you for making a wonderful family memory.

Amazing place right off the beach
We stayed here for my husbands 40th birthday and it was perfect! The place was big enough for everyone to gather and have some quiet time if needed. It literally is steps from the beach and has a great view of the Dragon Rock. The hot tub was awesome to have a drink in while watching the sunset over the ocean. If you want to BBQ I would check that first because it did not work when we were there, even with a full tank of propane. But this was a small price to pay for the amazing views and falling asleep hearing the ocean waves.
